我經常在這個酒店住頭一次遇到這種不舒服的事情，1月7號中午前台值班的服務員服務態度超級差開個房邊打遊戲邊開不顧及客人的感受讓客人等、錄個車牌從前台告訴她、到了停車場還沒有錄進去打電話第一個話沒説完就把我的電話掛了、等了幾分鐘還是沒有錄進去再打電話才給我錄進去、

棒死了你們這個服務，我花了四五百塊錢住，我的要求我提前説還做了指引，做不好我讓重開，一副不耐煩的樣子，開好了立馬刪好友，好嘛我也懶得計較了，結果開的發票是錯的。

房間的整個氛圍和格局都挺不錯的，但是樓下就是ktv太吵了，當天晚上吵到三點多才消停，第二天早上客房打掃衞生的阿姨也是聲音很大，本來前一天晚上就沒休息好，第二天打掃衞生的阿姨在外面又一直在吵，對講機的聲音也是開的特別大，一點都沒有考慮到客人的感受，總體來説就是房間隔音太差，前台服務態度也不是很好，我進去也沒有站起來接待，前台起身接待是最基本的吧，給前台座機打電話也是，頭一天晚上打了兩個都沒接，第二天也是打了第二個才接，房間是挺舒服的，別的地方讓人產生不愉快

環境倒可以，就是訂房的時候是寫着可以免費停車，去住的當天去前台問也説可以免費停車，但是第二天開車出去的時候卻要收費，打電話問了一下説是衹能免費停半小時，我覺得如果衹能免費停半小時就不要寫可以免費停車了，不要誤導消費者，如果開着車的話就不要去這家了，當然不建議開點停車費的是可以去的，，，，，，，建議的一定要打電話問清楚，找家可以免費停車的酒店，瀘水的停車費有點貴。。。。。

樓下就是ktv，根本無法入睡。有睡眠質量要求就不要選擇這裏了。感覺下面也很亂。房間洗個澡，水都溢出來，整個洗漱區沒有地方落腳。
