We are a big family of 9 and all are amazed by the hospitality of Londoner, it is literally the best we have experienced. Special thanks to the hotel staffs: Mr Wiyi and Ms Sherry. Thank you for the warmest welcome services and help. It does make us feel like home. The food is also nice, esp for the cocktail session. It is a must try. And the breakfast at Wah Ting also cannot be missed. Will def come back again with all our families.

The interior design and decoration of Londoner hotel are very luxurious and comfortable, all staffs are very professional and made me fell extremely satisfied and cozy, doubtlessly I will choose the Londoner next time and come back soon.

前台工作人員李鳯雲（ANGEL）人長的漂亮，不笑不説話，熱情地接待並一直陪我們到房間，不但介紹房間的設施，還將所有的活動時間表及地址邊介紹邊用紙記錄下來，説的十分清楚。
房間英式經典套房注重細節，從床品到浴品無不彰顯貴族氣質，水果盤、乾果、糖果、飲料、酒類一應俱全，隨用隨填。
當走進“華庭”餐飲區，早餐、下午茶、雞尾酒等等更是豪華無比，考就的傢俱和餐具讓你愛不釋手，米其林級的菜品、點心、酒飲讓人陶醉……
工作人員：NEWEN，ELAINE（張億蘭），LEI（壘），BEIⅠA（麗妃）等，他們陪伴着我們介紹各種美食，主動為我們到涼台（觀景台）拍照片留念，給我們留下美好的回憶……
