I have just come home from staying here for three days, my initial views were good for this hotel, I am afraid looking back I was wrong. The service I received was fine, but to be charged £340 for three nights which converts to £288, £95 a night I feel is outrageous and most definitely would not stay here again. I feel very annoyed with myself for agreeing to stay here for three nights. I have not been out of the UK for two years and eight months so this was very important to me. I had not booked in advance, just went to Alicante and thought I could find a hotel, it was very hot, I was feeling tired, I do not think I was thinking straight.😰but I do blame myself entirely. She said it was a special offer so I would have breakfast free, but I can assure you the breakfast was extremely mediocre, I did not choose to have breakfast on the last day, so getting it free and paying £95 a night is irrelevant. They did not have fresh milk, it was long life milk, The bread was stale, the sausages in the hot section look liked they came out of a can and cold, the scrambled egg was cold, the bacon in the hot plate was 99% fat and cold, all the juices they were serving were out of a packet and were very distasteful. I would rate this breakfast as a two-star hotel and indeed I would say probably one of the worst breakfasts I have had in a hotel in my lifetime. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels so I do have some experience, I would probably say this hotel is worth £60 pounds a night maximum, then one could accept what I received as acceptable, to charge £95 a night again I am going to say is very disappointing and outrageous. I also strongly recommend to anyone going to Alicante do not stay at this hotel for £95 a night, it is only worth about £60. Another point I would like to make the building noise outside over the three days was shocking, even with all the doors closed, the noise from the building noise and the bars across the road was horrendous and I paid £95 a night for this. Another very important point not out of the UK for two years and eight months, I am. 70 years old, have underlining health conditions and the staff working in the hotel could not even be courteous enough to put a face mask on or advise anyone to wear a face mask, I was the only one in the hotel with a face mask on, this is disgraceful and something they should not be proud of. I suppose if you are young and you do not have any health conditions you can just have this type of attitude. I felt exposed, frightened, and worried about catching Covid in this hotel. I have to say shame on you for putting me through this. I paid you £95 a night to make me feel like this. Spain went through a very difficult time during Covid, I also know it is not compulsory now to wear a mask, but you should be more professional and you should think about your vulnerable customers. Another point I would like to make, I travelled around several hotels whilst I stayed at your hotel for th

Not bad, the service attitude is good, the stay is good, it can be said to be a very safe hotel, the location is also very close to the subway station, in the city center, next to the British Palace is very convenient!

A decent hotel, which pleasantly surprises with large rooms and a small kitchen. Likewise, the balcony overlooking a small garden, plus a quiet location for a big city are other pluses. I could confidently sleep with the windows open. The air conditioning I did not understand, but also did not need. The beds: very comfortable. The bathroom with everything necessary, very good towels, unfortunately only with a bathtub and shower partition. I hardly used the breakfast, the staff a bit unmotivated and not oriented. The cereals and non-meat options should be richer.

Yeah it's basically a student hostel / dorm. But that's ok. I paid for the top level room ”Executive Suite with Terrace” and it was still half the price of the nearby hotels. Cons: - If you're over 30 you will feel like a dinosaur - No alcohol allowed in building - they will yell at you if they see you bringing back a beer to have in your room. - The rooms definitely feel like they were furnished for absolutely zero euros. They still manage to be comfortable, but they're not pretty and everything feels cheap. Pros: - Very casual - Very good value for money - Free small breakfast - Rolling blackout shutters on the room and good sound isolation makes for easy sleeping - Friendly staff - Kitchenette in room (at executive studio level) - Great little roof terrace and, if you upgrade, private terrace on the room. Young solo travelers and couples - especially if you speak Spanish - should definitely check it out.

Very clean and tidy public areas and rooms. The shower was a bit uncomfortable and dark. The employees take it very seriously. The surrounding street is a regulated parking area, although it is difficult to find a location at certain times.

The two bedroom suite we stayed in was really spacious and nice. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair and dirt in the fridge and the toilets. They gave us an inventory of everything in the apartment. Quite a few things were missing, which we pointed out. I had purchased a nice bottle of Rioja and was looking forward to relaxing the night we arrived. But the listed corkscrew was missing! We notified the staff member and he said he’d bring one. Hours later I asked again. He said he’d bring it the next day. We never got a corkscrew and I wasn’t able to enjoy my rioja. We asked for more nespresso coffee pods for the room. The staff member told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves. The next day my husband went down to get some more coffee and another staff member told us we weren’t allowed to get our own coffee and was really rude about it. He said we had to call and ask for it. We also had been getting refills on the dishwasher detergent. We asked for more one day and we’re told we were responsible for buying our own. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was spacious but not as clean as I was expecting. Disappointing.
