Bathrooms were dirty one miniature soap for 2 people
We had to ask for Toilet constantly
Towels were not replaced with New ones till we asked
One day we had to wait for towels due to being washed
Bedding were never changed

This is an incredibly-well located hotel, with a great view on the 10th floor, a bar and great air conditioning. A lot of value for my money.

I have never seen a man so lazy in my life, having arrived at this hostel, it was so dirty that I looked again on the webpage if I checked in at the same place I reserved, apparently I did, but they manage multiple hostels from the same counter, I looked if any other room at the same building was available at the ********** website, and they were, so I went to the counter and asked to upgrade the room, that I would pay the difference, anything but sleeping on that dirty room, the staff guy, who told me was from Cuba, and I told him that I haven't visited his country yet, proceeded to tell me that while he could upgrade the room, it was too much work and he didn't gain anything from doing so, and that the rooms were all the same (they were not), anyway, 100% would not recommend, better and cheaper places are available, just keep looking

Very well located hotel, with elevator and 24-hour reception, you can also come and drop off your luggage before 3 p.m.
However, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed, especially the room facing the front door where you can hear each person entering and ringing the bell. Also it is very unlikely that you will have a room with a view of the avenue (not like in the photos) and the breakfast is not worth the price because only the right to a drink and a pastry or other with a small space for the number of hotels located in the building (maximum 13 seated couples)

Disgraceful room very dirty, dirty sheets full of hair and stains. Dirty floor. Towels torn. We had to ask to change the sheets, there was no one, we were the ones who changed. A shame. €360 without breakfast and not even a bottle of water in the room. Air conditioning lies only in advertising. Run as we run.

The hostel could not be more central, if what you want is to get out of your room and find yourself in the epicenter of the city, you have found the ideal accommodation. Everything was very clean and properly organized, the room service always leaves your room looking new and they take great care of you if you need anything. The staff is fantastic.
The only thing I can say constructively is that the furniture is simply correct, you have everything you need, yes, but without luxuries. The bed was fantastic, a very comfortable mattress and I appreciate it very much.
