Stayed one full week in Madrid and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel was recently opened and had a special musical touch to it, located right in the center of Madrid by Plaza Mayor and Sol. Rooms are well appointed spacious, and quality amenities ,beautiful rooftop terrace and even though the hotel has a theatre/concert venue you will not hear much! Many artists usually perform at the famous theater venue in the lobby which adds a fun vibe to the experience . However I really need to highlight the staff especially Maria Garcia one of the managers a true professional and did all she can for me to enjoy this experience, always there to help and assist making sure my experience is top notch. Tania the guest experience manager was extraordinary, knew all the answers to my questions and recommend great restaurants, found the perfect transfers to take me to the football stadium, and more. She is a superstar Also wanted to mention Alvaro front office manager, always smiling and accommodating! Bravo!

We got an awesome room, great location and super Fun pool. It’s super popular with the Instagram crowd and they cater a bit to them. But everyone is super nice and friendly, treated our kids lovingly although they accidentally threw away our baby’s lovie and couldn’t find it later which super sucked. The bathroom flooded because it was so full of hair from previous guests, kind of gross. Got an absolutely terrible night sleep because you can hear every single Thing in the hotel from next door to above you. They seemed to be vacuuming rooms at 1:00AM above us and moving furniture which was super loud. Food was great, service was excellent but alot of snotty people.

The environment of the hotel is very good. The lobby, restaurant, and garden are all elegantly and meticulously decorated, but the room is a bit crowded for us as a family of three, and the room facilities are average. My favorite is the restaurant, both indoor and outdoor, the restaurant environment and food are of high quality. In addition, the location is very good, very close to the main attractions in the old city (Madrid Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Plaza España), ten minutes walk, but please pay attention to driving, this is a restricted area in the old city. The service is good, the waiters are very warm and friendly.

Although the hotel is not big, it is exquisite, the service is impeccable, the spare parts are full set of L'Occitane, and extra bath supplies and hand cream are given. Great time at hotel roof at cosy bar. Really helps when downtown everything keeps the heat: pavement and buildings. Nice Cold glass of Cava and beautiful view from above. Many thanks to hotel staff being so friendly, hospitable, and ceremonial. It counts nowadays twice, when many do not care about good manners. I can recommend Villa Vinci as a highly agreeable and enjoyable place to stay. Last but not least it has a strategic location at Calle Gran Via, which always guarantees you a “place to be”.

Stayed at the nh madrid for a long weekend trip and cannot recommend this hotel enough the staff at the hotel are brilliant and are happy to help with anything from taxis to places to go we stayed in room 701 with a balcony overlooking parts of madrid absolutely beautiful hotel is directly opposite the train station with bus stop and metro just outside so easy access from the airport and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from all madrid has to offer fantastic hotel we look forward to returning xxx

A young bearded handsome man at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. Another younger one was not very good. I wanted to print a ticket for Renfe. He also liked to read English. He had to go to Chinatown to print. The location is very good, in Madrid. Next to the palace, walk past several attractions, as well as large supermarkets, the hotel is more sanitary, the night view of the church opposite is very beautiful, will choose here next time.

El día 03/4 arribamos a Madrid con mí esposa siendo el destino de estadía el Hotel Puerta de Toledo, llegamos a las 5.40 hs aprox al llegar nos recibe una persona de sexo masculino que se encontraba de turno en ese horario, quisimos ingresar por una puerta giratoria que creíamos estaba habilitada , lo cual nos dice que ingresemos por una puerta corrediza lateral automática. Una vez dentro del hotel y mientras yo me ocupaba de presentar la documentación correspondiente , mí esposa se adentra aún más al interior del hall de entrada frente a la puerta de los ascensores donde se encuentra un asiento circular , mí esposa en todo momento contuvo su mochila agarrada de ambos lados y al hacer un ademán quitándose la misma de un lado de su brazo para quit**** la campera y sosteniendo con su otra mano la mochila intentando apoyar la misma sobre el asiento para poder terminar de quit**** su abrigo , es ahí donde suceden los hechos y , en término de segundos siente una estampida de una persona que logra visualizar ( varón, alto , delgado ,tez blanca) que desde más adentro del interior del hotel arremete en forma violenta , a tal punto de sustraerle la mochila de su mano y con la misma velocidad salta pisando los asientos y huye velozmente hacia el exterior del hotel , saliendo por la misma puerta corrediza automática. En ese momento y debido al shock y el impacto violento mí esposa entra en un estado de shock produciendole una crisis de nervios . Al hacer el reclamo a esta persona encargada que nos había recibido, nos dice que ellos no pueden llamar a la policía porque solamente intervienen en casos de extrema violencia y no de hurtos o arrebatos restándole totalmente importancia al hecho!! , por lo que no quedaba alternativa de hacer la denuncia policial en forma personal , a esa hora de madrugada ,no conociendo nada , con el cansancio y frío y despues de 12 hs de viaje. Es por esto que queremos repudiar la actitud DESCORTES, INDOLENTE y DESCONSIDERADA con la que actuó el Sr de de la recepción lo cual solicitamos a la empresa que tome medidas al respecto de esta persona ya que su actitud nos hizo sospechar una franca complicidad con personas extrañas que ingresan y que operan SUSTRAYENDO! y/o ARREBATANDO! pertenencias a los turistas.Cabe aclarar que en la cámara de seguridad del interior del hotel quedaron grabados el suceso relatado . No obstante las viscicitudes de las mismas viviendo esta situación dramática, al volver de realizar la denuncia correspondiente ,esta persona ya no estaba en la recepción del hotel, encontrándose en su lugar la Srta Sandra Zimerman lo cual destacamos su labor y predisposición ya que al tomar conocimiento de los hechos automáticamente se puso a disposición nuestra tratando de tranquilizarnos como también de ofrecernos el asesoramiento y la ayuda en todo momento , para tratar de realizar las gestiones personales correspondientes. This was our second visit to this gem of a hotel. The location is perfect, lots of nice restaurants very near by, close to Plaza Mayor but still quite quiet. Check in was smooth. The rooms aren’t huge but have everything you need. The shower and toilet are little glass cubicles with no sound insulation so be sure you know the person you are sharing with very well. Small balconies add light and a nice view. Everything is clean. The Clarins products are a nice touch. Staff are friendly and helpful. If it had been warmer and drier when we were there we would have tried the open air restaurant. Definitely a great choice of hotel and we look forward to our next trip.

Really fabulous small hotel on cava Baja in La Latina . lovely room with balcony , underfloor heating and a very comfortable bed. Fantastic powerful shower . Room was spotless . Staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of all the major sites of Madrid . La Latina is a beautiful area our favourite in the city . We’ll definitely be back .

We had a lovely stay at L&H La Latina. The hotel's location is just superb - very much walkable to most places to visit in Madrid. Clean & spacious rooms, which are cleaned everyday if you wish to & not to forget, the Air condition is brilliant too - not a noisy one. Many bars & restaurants in close vicinity that which come on real handy when you're tired after a full day's outing. I'd specifically like to mention the reception staff (Isaac & Gloria) who were so helpful right from the moment our booking was confirmed. Timely updates to our queries & requests. As it was our first visit to Madrid, they both provided us information on things to do, restaurants to visit & always greeted us whenever we walked past them - something that really makes the difference when it comes to customer service. Massive thanks to both of them for making our visit more enjoyable & relaxing.

One of the best hostel I've ever been to. The 8-people shared bedroom was BIG, with beds safely distant. The overall cleanliness of the host was good, the atmosphere was great (with sangria parties going on every night downstairs and Madrid tours every morning) but the best part was the staff: super friendly and ready to help you. The Italian girl working at the reception was lovely! She recommended lots of her favourite restaurants and they were so good. Thank you so much!
