ห้องพักสะอาด ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่ปัญหาคือเงินประกันค่าคีย์การ์ดสองห้อง600บาทที่ผมจองให้ลูกค้าไปยังไม่ได้คืนจากทางโรงแรมนะครับ คือควรคืนให้ไวนะครับ โทรไปถาม บอกจะรีบโอนคืนให้ นี่ก็ผ่านไปหลายวันนะครับ ล่าสุดคือโทรไปไม่รับสาย ปกติผมไม่เคยคอมเพลนโรงแรมในลักษณะนี้เลยนะครับ ไปพักหลายที่พอพบปัญหาคือทางโรงแรมอื่นๆจะจัดการให้ได้ไวที่สุด
