The hotel provided excellent service from cleanliness of rooms to availability of food types and a warm welcome .A big heartfelt thankyou to Maitre D' Amine who went above and beyond with such professionalism and real dedication.To the Chefs who served vegetarian food to order ,all at no extra cost .All staff tried to accommodate guests and make our stay enjoyable .Price was extremely affordable for the 15 nights we stayed and had the choice of indoor and outdoor pool.

A great hotel Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you Maya’s a and dia dia were brilliant even getting us medicine when we all went down with a bug The shop owner was great as well sorting the quads and camels for us Brilliant excursions and really cheap We do plan to go back 9 of us and all loved it

It was a good Hotel with a very high quality of service specially animation team, Slim Fast, Dhia,Meissa, and not to forget the DJ Rached who was very Pro and always they are smiling and welcoming the guests making the a**osphere wavely and movable for Kids either for parents, keep up! Really i enjoyed the vacation 🥰.

Good experience at the hotel good friendly staff and having a great stay. The weather was absolutely amazing and sunny . Food was nice if you ask them to make something special for you they would do it . The entertainment was very fun!!! I really appreciate and respect what the staff do for the guests even the manager is humble and checks on guests and greets them We will definitely come back for more sun

Had amazing family holiday, the staff are excellent, very helpful friendly and food is very good, the animation team work so hard very entertaining, hotel is very clean and beautiful, the bedroom is very basic could do with a refurb however it is very clean, the alcohol is good waiter service if you wish or just go to bar at the pool or hotel a little tip to the staff is very appreciated would highly recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, whilst still out of season slightly the staff here cannot do enough for you. Very clean hotel, rooms a bit outdated but that does not reflect the rest of the hotel. Please note this the only bug bearer is the 2.5 hr transfer from the airport . The hotel was cleaned every single day , the pool area was spotless and well maintained. Food was lovely even if you are a fussy brit like me, bit repetitive but always found something to eat. The waiters in the restaurant and bar areas work so hard but always smiling. There is nothing to do outside of the hotel except x3 shops we did a boat trip and quad biking I would not recommend either for what you pay..the boat trip you are promised all inclusive drinks doesn't happen you get a few bottles of pop with lunch which is sardines, bit of bread and cabbage. The quad biking a young boys wheel fell.of whilst he was riding luckily enough he wasn't hurt. Please just be careful. Watersports on the beach absolutely amazing and so cheap, go on the beach and turn left they will look after you really well. The beach is well looked after for the section of the hotel unlike the rest. The animation team were fantastic, like I said still out of season but they made the best of the situation and kept everyone entertained. Hama was absolutely amazing with us great person for the job. Overall we have had the best week and wish we had booked longer. We will definitely be returning here. Tunisia thank you ❤️🇹🇳

Was sceptical of going to Tunisia due to past events and the risk for tourists that you read about , I am so glad I gave it a chance , the staff in nour palace were exceptional from waiters , bar staff , the animation team , staff at the pool area, maid service and reception staff , every one of them were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you , it wasn’t fully open when we were there ( early may ) but still enough to do and even though the outside bar wasn’t open yet the bar staff were up and down to the pool area all day making sure you had drinks if wanted , will definitely be back .

Stayed at noir palace hotel for a week, Food was changed each day and nice, entertainment was fantastic always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, mohammered expecially as even got up at 5am to come and say goodbye b4 we left, I would recommend a visit and would definitely come again
