I just returned from Dagestan, I chose this hotel myself and didn’t regret it one bit. I took a group there for a conference. Cleaned every day (water, kettle, minibar), everything you needed was in place. I rented a little due to the fact that there was no iron in the room, only one on the floor, and sometimes you can’t grab one) I liked the breakfast, but there was not much choice, it might not be enough for some. We spent two days of the conference there, and everything was great. Thank you very much to the hotel manager Zurab for your help. We had the best clicker, excellent internet and even a spare laptop. Most importantly, an INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS RESTAURANT ON THE 13TH FLOOR. The portions are huge, for the first time in my life, I had 9 shrimp in the Caesar salad))) If the view is important to someone, then it’s worth checking before moving in, since there is work going on around, but there is no noise, sometimes only dogs bark) Thank you very much .

A luxury hotel in the center of Makhachkala. This is our first department in this city and it surprised us with its high standards. The staff is polite and fast. The room had everything you needed and was clean. Of the minuses, this is the view from the window (Makhachkala is in a large construction site and this is a temporary minus)

The hotel is completely new and still smells of paint. Same owners, same level of service. The rooms are smaller, but not critical. The linen is excellent, cosmetics are available. Breakfast is quite filling. There is an excellent restaurant on the roof with reasonable prices. Yes, unlike the Jacques Hotel, there is an excellent entrance group

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, from 1.09-5.09.22. A very decent room, there are no questions about occupancy at all, everything is there (hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shaving accessories, etc.) thank you very much for that. Polite, responsive staff. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant on the 13th floor, delicious, tasty, delicious 👍and very nice staff, the guys try their best, the price is not cheap, but it’s worth it. But the breakfasts at the hotel, on the contrary, were disappointing, there was little choice, there were no cold cuts at all, there was very little cheese, there were two types of cereals and pancakes, but there were no jams or preserves, everything was cold (cold), not always tasty, breakfasts from 7 o’clock, and coffee (in presses) is brought only after 8 o’clock 🤷‍♀️, and by 9 it’s already cold... We went to the sauna and hammam (included in the price) - everything was wonderful, we liked everything. I really liked the massage (paid separately), unfortunately I forgot the name of the masseuse. In general, I recommend the hotel for visiting, if they also work with breakfast, it will be a solid five, for now I’ll give it 4+

We stayed at the hotel in March 2022. Modern European hotel. Very good varied breakfast. I didn’t have lunch at the panoramic restaurant, but I went up. The view is very good. The reception staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly guys. The only drawback of the hotel is the view of the construction site. But for Makhachkala this is not very significant. Because the whole city is one big construction site. But the hotel's service surpasses this small flaw.
