"It was very clean and spacious, so that if u laid out your suitcase u could still walk around it. The room had a really good view (I was in the 4th floor). Breakfast, fika & dinner are all included and they were very delicious. Weekday and weekend meal times are different times. Gym and sauna is included as well."

"Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the "main building" wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me."

The front desk staff are polite, but the breakfast is average. I booked a family room, which was exceptionally spacious; you could easily walk around in it."

"Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö"

"The Scandic Triangeln was a wonderful stay, conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Triangeln train station. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from dozens of great restaurants and is only steps away from the shopping mall at Triangeln. The common facilities were clean, breakfast was delicious & filling, and I especially appreciated the sauna on the top floor. The staff were incredibly friendly and multilingual. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Malmö."

"The triple room was assigned as a accessible room, a last room in the hotel and also a connecting room. It had one double bed and one double sofa bed; overall, I wasn't very satisfied with the room arrangement. I stayed two nights. The room was too stuffy and had a lot of echoes; I had to borrow a fan from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of food, including many gluten-free options. The location was very convenient, right next to the train station."
