This is NOT a hotel but an unmanned hostel.
My code to the front door did not work. I found a groundskeeper who was rude and told me it was my fault. (I know how keypads work!). Because I could not get my code to unlock the door I could not leave to go get dinner in fear of not being able to get back in.
The next morning, the groundskeeper started doing work (sanding the floor?) right above my room at 8:30 am!
At no time did anyone check in on me or respond to my issue about my code not working.
The room was minimal. The breakfast was help yourself but all instructions in the kitchen were in Swedish even though they advertise Swedish and English.
If they do not want to provide service, then list it on AirBnB as self checkin or close it completely during off season.

Vi bodde i rum 8 där toaletten var iskall, inget element o -16 grader ute! Elementet i rummet gick inte att få jättevarmt!

Jag bokade resan åt mina föräldrar och de tyckte att det var helt fantastiskt. Det var ett fint naturområde runtomkring hotellet och det fanns fina möjligheter att sitta ute och äta egen mat (hotellet har ingen egen servering). Dessutom fanns det ett full rustat kök som man kunde låna vid behov. Det är tag-själv frukost men enligt mamma och pappa fungerade det jättebra. Olika sorters bröd, pålägg, fil, flingor, m.m. Det enda (som egentligen inte är ett minus ens) var att det inte fanns en egen dusch på rummet utan man delade dusch som låg precis utanför rummet. Annars var allt super och det rekommenderas varmt!
