Terrible experience with staff and the manager. We stayed 1 night and extended for another one. Middle of the night we received a message says that our stuffs are in the reception and ready to pick up. Assuming that it was a misunderstood information to the receptionist guy from my husband to extend but it is free to call and confirm before taking all the stuffs out. We came back and got our stuffs from the reception and went to the room. While checking, most of our items were missing. Such as clothing, bath and grooming stuffs. When we reported this issue, the manger wasn't helpful, unprofessinal, no willingness to solve the issue, and even asking us for marraige certificate which we never ever experience staying from other hotels. A terrible experience, not recommended hotel at all. Worst experince ever. Do not book!!!!🙏

There is no water or Muslim shower available in toilet. Surprisingly, hotel is missing this basic need.
