I visited PR with family for my mother's birthday and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Initially I was somewhat concerned about the distance from tourist attractions, but it ended up being really nice. The ****** is located a couple buildings down from the hotel and there is a shuttle service which helped during the moments of rain. There's a 24-hour cafe area and the coffee is delicious, I really enjoyed the stay and would visit again!

The hotel was clean, which I liked alot. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was not great but ok. The scrambled eggs had no flavor and the pancakes were hard instead of fluffy. Other than that I’m happy with my stay.

Everything was perfect my only complaint was it wasn’t near the beach but we had a rental car and drove to different beaches.

I didn't like that the 2 times they went in the room to clean they didn't vaccum, replace ice bag, the dirty glass and the second time they left us with 3 towels for 6 people in the room, but they took the $5.00 I tip each time.

The stay was excellent the only issue was that the air conditioner was extremely cold. Everything else was perfect.
