No staff made it hard to book and then we weren’t able to check in because we couldn’t find any staff members to help us. We were assigned to a room that already had other guests in it and so our keys opened their door. Our bed sheets were still wet when we checked in. Overall, not satisfied and was not able to stay overnight because of the bad service.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the Manchester Wyndham Days Inn last night. Apparently the motel has fallen on hard times. We had a long time reservation and an assigned room so we tried to get registered early in the afternoon because we would be coming in late after an event. When we arrived, we were told that the internet was down and we couldn’t register, plus someone else had been given our room, but that they would give us another room on the first floor. When we came back we were assigned to an extremely shabby room. The ceiling light was burned out, drapes were broken and falling, the HVAC was malfunctioning so the sheets were extremely clammy, ICK. Also, the room had a smoky stale smell, the refrigerator was frosted over, the towels were very thin, the hotel pool was empty and the front door was not working properly. I paid about three times the normal price for this room and I expected standard Days Inn quality. We defiantly did not get it.

This hotel was once a pretty decent middle of the road place to stay. Our most recent visit was more than disappointing. It has clearly declined as of late. We payed for a room with a king sized bed, microwave and refrigerator. We received a room with a king size bed, but no refrigerator or microwave. For that matter the couch had also been removed. Perhaps the previous guests took it along with any and all extra towels. Hotel staff said they would find us a refrigerator. Ultimately someone did show up at our door with one they found in a storage room, but it didn't work. The room did have an incredible big screen, 4k curved TV on the wall and all eight channels looked absolutely amazing. My wife felt that I should add a comment about breakfast. If you are a breakfast person, there is a great little diner half a block away. At the hotel, our food choices consisted of Fruit Loops and an orange with mold growing on it that probably should have been removed days ago. The bed was comfortable, but we didn't sleep well. The midnight shift regularly went outside for a smoke, right under the window of our room. I was happiest when the air conditioning came on, because it at least slightly muffled some of the conversation details Hopefully some day this hotel can get back on track. Until then, you would do well to stay at one of the other hotels in town.

Stopped here while traveling. The hotel room was very dated and seemed dirty. Wall was crumbling around the window. Shower curtain was stained. Carpet was stained. Very loud - doors slamming in hallway were very loud and kept us awake. Breakfast eggs were prepackaged omelets in a crockpot which were brown. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for the same nightly rate.

Stayed two nights this weekend for a local wedding. Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when dealing with another member of the bridal party, who was high conflict, and drama both nights. Harassing/stalking staff to the point they could not do their work. Trying to fight hotel staff, and their family. Vulgar language. Amikko (Nemo) Sanders was polite, and very patient with her. Very professional! Helped deescalate the situation, even while being verbally attacked and harassed. On top of all that, we had several rooms, and demagnetized our room keys multiple times. He never got annoyed once with us, and rolled with the punches. Hot coffee was ready when I walked down in the morning. Staff was clearly very close. Great communication between shifts.
