地點方便，旁邊就是古鎮，老闆和老闆娘像親人一樣熱情好客，給我們介紹美食和玩的地方，推薦的美食不貴還好吃，什麼時候回民宿，都會給送來很多的新鮮的水果，還邀請一起喝茶，晚上和白天我喝茶都有房間裏的遊客一起聊天，氛圍感像家裡一樣。來了就不捨得走。201房間的露台晚上很出片，夜色真的很美，旁邊古鎮還有唱歌的，喝茶聽歌聊天太舒服了。又續住了2天。可以放心住這裏，以後來還會選擇這裏。還有衹害羞可愛的叫百萬的金毛狗狗。

老闆人超級好呀，老闆娘也很熱情，飛機延誤了，挺晚了老闆還特意打電話問幾點到，要不要接機。民宿地理位置特別棒，就在古鎮裏面，旁邊有個小側門直接進去，房間也很乾凈，我們定的房間外面有個露台，拍照片也特別好看，主要老闆會發芒市好吃好玩的攻略給你，太棒了！小姐妹沖沖沖呀！

民宿很乾凈，用物也清潔，門口小院植被茂密，鮮花怒放，推開陽台的門，傣族建築鱗次櫛比，錯落有致，一條小小溪穿流而過，可以發呆。

看了網上吐槽芒市民宿的帖子，德宏院子裏面的民宿應該算性價比比較高的選擇了。硬件設施當然比不上酒店，但好在方便，環境還不錯。雙人床房間有點偏小，且無法移動，帶倆娃有點不太方便。水温不穩定，忽冷忽熱。空調效果好。
