Kansas state university is my alma mater, this hotel is newly built, very new, just on Bar Street, very close to all places. Convenient and comfortable.

The rooms are nice and clean. Honestly, we expected more out of this hotel for the price. No continental breakfast, no housekeeping (we stayed 2 nights) and the shower pressure was awful. We also ended up up unplugging the tv because it wouldn’t turn off.

The room is large and very clean. The television is a nice size. I can hear people celebrating at the nearby bars right now (no big deal). Parking garage is tight and got one of the last three spots. Bars and restaurants are in easily walkable range.

This hotel was fabulous. Rooms were very clean and modern. The hotel was located very close to the KSU campus and Aggieville. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly and hard working staff. Great amenities. Quiet clientele. Check in was a little delayed (very busy with graduation), however, we enjoyed our room so much that it didn’t matter. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay but was not pleased at the $15 per night parking fee. Also asked about checking in 1 hour early and was told there would be a $30 charge. This does nothing to foster good will. I would have reserved elsewhere had I known up front.

Located in Aggieville. Various restaurants very close. Walkable to the KSU Business School. The big negative is that the water has a lot of softener and hence rinsing soap off in the shower is a process without perfect results. Water softener is a pet peeve of mine since childhood.

I wish I could remember the name of the person that checked us in- they were fabulous! Lovely place, comfy room. Hate that we had to pay for parking. But ok would stay here again! Love that it’s basically in Aggieville!

For the price, making everything ala carte seems a bit ticky tacky. Also, whomever decided putting a blinking fire alarm directly OVER THE BED should be fired. If you prefer to sleep in the dark, this could be a problem. Otherwise it was fine for a night.
