"As expected, the bed linens, towels, and bathroom are spotlessly clean. The hotel room itself is in need of renovation, especially the carpets. But for the value, it's ideal for a 2-3-night stay. The hotel terrace is great. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel manager is truly fantastic! I can recommend the hotel without hesitation."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, just a 10-minute walk from the MA center (Quadrate). It's nice and quiet and offers everything you'd expect from a Radisson. There are also a few restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Last but not least, there's a REWE supermarket around the corner. TOP!"

"It's a nice hotel in itself. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and went smoothly. The only huge drawback, in my opinion, is that there are no staff members present after 10 pm. I was there with my best friend (there were two of us girls). Upon arrival, we encountered three very drunk foreigners who then, unfortunately, woke us up in the middle of the night by banging on our doorbell. We thought they had found the access code at reception and could therefore get in. This went on and on until we called the police. Of course, something like this can happen anywhere, but if someone had been at reception or anywhere else, the three men would have been banned from the premises or even given a ban on alcohol, as they were causing a disturbance. The stay was unfortunately a horrific experience for us, especially considering what has happened in the area involving foreigners."

"Stayed one night at the Kleiner Rosengarten in a double deluxe room. The room was spacious and had everything we like in a hotel room: mini bar, storage space, plenty of hooks for coats and towels, tissue, makeup mirror, sufficient outlets, desk, and more. The decor was nice, staff were friendly, and breakfast plentiful. There is underground garage parking available about a block away so not bad. It was a bit difficult to stop in front of the hotel but we made it work. Overall we were very happy with our stay. If we ever return to Mannheim, we would stay here again and also recommend this hotel to others."
