A little doubt and suggestion: My friend and I stayed in the hotel together. When we made the reservation, we only had a double room. As check-in approached, we contacted the hotel hoping to arrange a standard room for us. The hotel reported that orders made by Ctrip (a third party) required Ctrip to send an application to modify the order. This was also the case when I stayed at Shangri-La hotels in other areas (third-party booking) I have never encountered this before, so you can contact the hotel directly for coordination. But I also respect this difference, so I contacted Ctrip to help send a revised application, but the hotel rejected the application within 10 minutes. It's a little uncomfortable to directly reject the online application. When we finally checked in on site, we once again asked for adjustments.
