國慶假期粵西一路玩，返程回深的時候，在茂名住的第二晚選了這家，看中是新裝修的，果然還是沒有選錯，出來幾天住的最舒服的一天，內部管理設施都很好，空間也大，床很舒服，而且附近就有幾家我正好要去吃的店，非常方便，樓下有阿土水雞，還有走幾分鐘有家化州香油雞也不錯，飯後走10來分鐘，可以去喝何記清補涼，
房間國慶假期訂不到200可以説性價比很高了，而且環境也好，下次來的話還會住這家。

酒店真的很不錯，非常喜歡這個落地窗。窗簾也是電動的。可以看見外面的景色，服務態度非常好，前台小姐姐每一個都非常的完美。是一次很不錯的旅行。是一個很不錯的酒店。放心，選購沒有問題。

去時趕上裝修，走廊裏有些凌亂。房間寬敞整潔，衞生間也很大，環境還算不錯，前年來茂名也是住的這家酒店。之所以選擇這家酒店是因為樓下幾家餐館都特別好吃。

優點是很新 看起來環境、衞生都還可以 有機器人可以送餐到門口
缺點是很多設施不合理
洗手間門關不上 整個洗手間裏沒有掛鈎掛衣服 衣服完全沒地方放 而且很奇怪他們提供的大毛巾放在外面行李架上 感覺不太乾淨 另外光腳進淋浴間地板刮腳
衹有一次性的拖鞋 沒有膠的拖鞋提供
以上種種問題，跟前台反映了，前台衹説有很多客人都反饋過這些問題了，但是他們是根據大集團標準裝修的 他們也已經反映了這些問題。總之就是沒有方案也不解決。
另外也確實有之前點評裏看到其他人説的問題 很多地方有灰塵堆積 打掃不仔細不徹底
