住了這麼多年的酒店，頭一次遇到這麼不好的事，酒店停車場停的車，早上出門後面直接擋了車，給車主打電話一直不來挪，等了兩個多小時最後車主把鑰匙放到房間裏，還讓我自己娜，給酒店距離打了十幾個電話也不接，所以管理的一點都不好，耽誤了兩個多小時，想想要是有個重要的事是什麼後果，簡直無語了

非常非常好的酒店 前台服務態度特別好 裝修很豪華 暖氣很足 酒店房間特別乾淨 8樓有藏餐 負一樓有罐罐茶 二樓有火鍋 周邊醫院和吃喝玩樂的都有 特別滿意的一次入住體驗

#服務這點極不滿意，早上想洗澡突然停水問前台一律不知道，給老闆打電話裝死，衹好給平台説要賠償，酒店説因為你都入住了給拒絕。不入住能發現停水嗎？老闆不裝死給個停水通知和時間都能接受一點）心情極差。#位置交通十一期間門口挖掘機路都爛了，不好停車，而且早上很吵！！！真的倒黴#性價比雖然酒店內部裝修還可，但基於上面兩點，接近「四百一天」真的讓人噁心，大家看看隔壁什麼年寶玉則酒店吧。
