The price is cheaper than the surroundings, but the facilities are not good

Could not get the tv to work even after we called the front desk. And none of the workers new if or were tthe ice machine was.

They have their own Tiki Bar on premises and a food truck as well. Descent property. Cute cabins. Not bad for the 15 dollar an hour wage earner.

Amazingly clean room, and everything worked great. A hassle-free check-in process. The location was also great: on the water with a good view and plenty of stores nearby (grocery, restaurants, etc).

Unique if you can call it that the outside toilet was different but you got used to it ..then the film crew turned up..woken up at 7.30 to the sound of there truck being unloaded all this talking and laughing as you are trying to do your business with them two feet from you ,.then there tiki hut closed for a makeover we left aday early we came for rest not mayhem..the owners were good about it and returned our money for the one day and with absolutely no problem

Wi-Fi only works next to the office. Tiki bar closed for filming. Not told prior to booking Taco truck also closed! Would have had top marks if all 3 items were available during our stay. No transparency from the management team.

Very clean, loved the tiki bar and food truck, having our own porch. Too bad there was no pool and the noisy rooster.

We stayed in the octopus offsite studio. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that there was a kitchen with everything that we needed. It was good value considering the prices in the area.

The cabin was perfect, clean and exactly what we were looking for. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Loved the Tiki bar and taco truck on site! HIghly recommend, we will absolutely be back!

This is about the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed sagged in the middle. The bathroim is outdoors on a deck. There is no drain for the shower. The water just runs through the deck boards. I had to go out in the pouring rain in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The communications are terrible. There was no one on site to talk to. I called the phone number and got a recording and no call back.

Very noisy. No hair dryer, outdoor shower and toilet. Easily disturbed by noise from outside or other rooms. No service after hours!

Great location. Loved being on the canal. TV didn't work. No one could fix it. Fans only operated with lights on; therefore, no fans at night. Hole in screen. Kayaks there but not allowed to use them. Spacious. Kitchen could have used wine glasses, corkscrew, dish soap and rag. Food truck was good! Charming old Florida.

Cute property with individual bungalows. The unit we stayed in had a small private garden. Was perfect for travelling with pets. There is an airport close by and the property is on the flight path so it can be intermittently noisy. Like most of the Keys it’s pricy but well worth a stay
