"This is a nice clean Hotel with a lovely pool The breakfast is more than acceptable. The only problem is that this hotel caters to a significant number of construction workers who are up and are moving at 5:15 in the morning. Problem with that is the doors on these rooms and the exit doors slam so hard you will not get a bit of sleep from 5:15 on. Stay away from the first floor rooms and the rooms toward the south end of the main building."

The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'."

"The room was in an alley in the back of the motel. Rv's were illegally parked and being rented. When we checked the room it was smelling of mold, dogs, and smoking. We asked to get a refund at which the owner started swearing and calling names. He wouldn't give a refund so we went another hotel. I kept the key since I'm paying for the room. The motel charged me $50.00 for a new key. We were still paying for the room. I left the key with the office clerk. They still haven't returned the $50. This should be shut down for business practices alone."

The balcony railing in the upstairs deck is loose , thank god I didn’t put my full weight on it . The pool was full of sediment , but felt great . The house was beautiful in a good location in the keys , I enjoyed having a good time with my friends . If you guys are charging $730 per night for this place y’all need to put some work Into this place ."
