The price is cheaper than the surroundings, but the facilities are not good

The property itself was unique though somewhat dated the biggest problem was in communication. Hard to directly communicate while making a reservation and to get information after. Never did see anyone on the property. Maybe this was supposed to be part of the uniqueness.

It was like an efficiency apartme t in its own cottage. Perfect for what we were looking for. Tiki hut bar was short walk and convenient, so was the food truck!

The unit itself is fine, however if you aren't staying in the cottages then the property was nearly impossible to find. We spent 45min trying to find it as the address they emailed me was completely different than the actual address of the building(not even the same street). I tried to call the "emergency number" as it was 9:30pm and the office was closed, however no one answered.

Very clean and adorable. Quiet, love the Tiki and food truck, and Andrew was nice, and helpful. Coffee in the rooms would be nice, tho, since there are coffee pots.

Thought we we’re getting a cottage, but when arriving after driving 17 hours, we were put into a person’s mud room with a queen size bed, shower in a closet, toilet and sink in another closet with a small refrigerator and microwave three blocks away from the where the cottages where located. We stayed a week, when I called housekeeping for clean towels and sheets, we had to drive over to the site and pick up our own stuff and change our own sheets. Needless to say we will not be returning to Florida!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cottage 2. Large, very comfortable bed, large shower, and had a nice cosy feel. We liked the simplicity of the non-contact check-in process.

Great place to get away. The place was Clean and staff was attentive. Reasonable priced , I will comeback again soon.
