The location is not close to Mardin old city but if you living at two single bed room can see the good view.

There is no consistency between the brand of the hotel and the services it provides. They even rejected the simple change we requested for the second day of the 2-day booking. They rejected the cancellation request the next day. Customer satisfaction is not considered at all. The staff's approach is amateur and unconscious. I would not recommend it to anyone.

trip.com üzerinden rezervaston yaptım ve 5261 TL hesabımdan cekilmiş aynı zamanda kredi kartı için gittiğimde de yine 4656tl cekildi . ilk çekileni fark etmediğim için ikincisine bir lşey demedim. Ancak çift çekim olduğunu fark ettiğimde hotel ile iletişime geçip iadesini talep ettim. 02.12.2022 tariihnde iletişime geçmeme rağmen halen daha hesabıma geçen bir para yok henüz.

Konum olarak Yeni Şehir ( yeni Mardin ) diye geçen yerde kalıyor. Eski Mardin’e araçla 10 dk da gidiyorsunuz . Temizlik ***et iyi. Yatak ve yastıkları çok konforlu. Yemek yemedik o yüzden yorum yapamayacağım. Oda manzaramın fotografını ekleyeceğim . Hotel’ de saç maşamı unutmuşum aradılar hemen kargo ile ulaştıracaklar. Çok ilgiliydi kat hizmetleri yöneticisi Mehmet bey. Teşekkürler Hilton Garden İnn ailesi .
