We where greeted by positive and professional staff during check-in/out. The rooms looked newly renovated, it was nice and clean. Good breakfast options. Fantastic location in order to explore the Viareggio carnival 2024! Not to forget, we had free parking just nearby the hotel as well.

very dated rooms looks like belong to the 1970s in the main parts of the hotel the annex is newish but dumped and a fire hazard in our opinion

I really like this hotel - its modern, clean & nice staff. The rooms are big - great for familys - and in an unbeatable location.

Nice room, beautiful view Welcoming very cold , this should be better for a hotel of this standard. No parking garage. But price/quality satisfactory. I have chosen this hotel based on the TV program 4 hotel. Well deserved except from the welcoming issue

always the top: kind and efficient personnel, modrn rooms, all-inclusive package including with the parking right (otherwise a nightmare) and nearby very good beach services, as well as a comprehensive breakfast for all tastes and cultures

We stayed for a week and found the hotel and restaurant to exceed our expectations. The hotel is ideally located near the beach and a beautiful park nearby. It is also in walking distance to the train station for visiting Pisa Lucca Florence etc. Our room in the hotel was pleasant and cleaned daily to a high standard. We also enjoyed the restaurant inside and eating on the patio area outside. The food was outstanding with great choices. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with a special mention to Alex who looked after us. We would love to visit Viareggio and this wonderful hotel again soon

There was no way this was a superior room, shower was alwful so small you couldn't even move, no television in the other room. Wasn't given any information when we got there about beach etc. Building work going on.
