I travel from Waterloo to Cedar Rapids for work every day and needed to stay due to poor weather in the area. The parking area was a bit sloppy and could have used a good plowing, but the nice thing is I was able to park close to the front entrance. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfy. For the price, I will stay here again want first choice when needed.

Was told the hotel didnt offer shuttle services to the airport. Pack anr play I borrowed was filthy. Hotel overall was decent but dated.

The heater/ac unit had a high pitched whine that kept me awake half the night. The bearings were obviously going out or needed some oil. Its an old building.

The breakfast was not even a breakfast they gave you a frozen sandwich which you had to cook your self and they only had 2 options both with sausage. Was very disappointed. Also they didn’t have pool unlocked. Then it took them over an hour to reply to come unlock it

We booked because of pool and hot tub. Got to check in and not open. No offer of discount for inconvenience. Then got to room and bathroom was marginal. Last strike was noise from other guests so we just left and came home. A deer refund would be nice but I doubt I will get one since I paid cash.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The location is good, the free breakfast has hot food choices. It is centrally located to shopping and movie theaters. The hotel is quiet. It's a great place for the price, and I will stay here again.

Convention hotel that does not have safes in room. And front desk didn’t know how to use the 4 safety deposit boxes at desk.
Said hot breakfast included every day. I have picture of the ad by the fit club and online. Mondays is a jimmy Dean frozen sandwich and yogurt. Not as good as McDonald’s!!
Bed says queen but very small. I’d like to measure. Bet it’s a full size.
Mexican restaurant was amazing!! Highly recommend. Fit club pool and hot tub very nice!

Suite was large and very tidy. Bed was comfortable - couch bed was a plus! Free breakfast and pool/game area were also very nice additions.

We stayed at the Best Western for three nights while in town for a sporting event our daughter played in. It was very clean, super comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fairly good breakfast. Great amenities--we utilized the laundry facility, the pool &.hottub, & even enjoyed the video games and billiards! It was a great value & very quiet. We would definitely stay here again in the future! And the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing! My daughter & her boyfriend from San Diego both agreed that it rivals any authentic Mexican food they've had in SoCal!
