We had an amazing first time in Marrakech and the Riad was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was plentiful and they served it after an early flight arrival which wasn't expected. Room Bacha was lovely and clean and spacious. Shower was good, plenty of fruit and water provided everyday, towels provided for pool, will definitely like to stay again. Thank you to all staff for an enjoyable stay.

We spent 4 nights at this charming, pretty riad. It is very safe to walk around locally and is a 15/20 minute walk to the Jemmaa El-Fnaa main square and souks. Karima and her staff at the riad are truly excellent, special thanks to Ali (who went above and beyond to help my husband find his lost phone), Mohammed (for all the help with bookings and advice), Omar (for very cheerfully serving us breakfast every morning), and Latifa (who runs the luxurious spa and provided wonderful treatments). We had a fabulous time.

The Riad El Hara staff made me feel very comfortable during my stay! Before my trip they were very responsive when I made my reservation, and they picked me up at the airport, which was a huge plus for me traveling on my own to Morocco/Marrakech for the first time. My room was lovely, and the service and food was excellent. The staff was very nice and caring and made me feel very welcome and taken-care-of. I recommend the Riad El Hara to anyone traveling to Marrakech.

We stayed at this Riad with our family. There were six of us and our kids are all in their 20's. The Riad has a very plain entrance. Don't let it deter you because once you enter the front door, its beautiful. It was the perfect place for a multi-generational family trip. The location is perfect. It's across the street from the Medina. It has great access where Uber's can pick up and drop off. The morning breakfast consisted of many courses. It was delicious and kept us full all day. We had four different rooms. Each room was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice. Most importantly, the staff at the Riad were incredibly helpful. From the greeting when we arrived, to the morning breakfast and afternoon tea, they could not be nicer. They gave us great suggestions on restaurants and shopping. The owner was there in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon. He was incredibly interesting to talk to and gave us many recommendations. The Riad is beautiful. It's warm. It's welcoming. I would highly recommend. It excited all of our expectations.

Riad El Hara was wonderful from the moment we stepped inside. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and took good care of us from the moment we walked in. The room is big, had a very comfortable bed and had power *****s on either side of the bed so we could easily charge our devices. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like cups in the bathroom to hold toothbrushes. The shower was big, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was different every day, and was always delicious. It usually came with bread, fruit and some sort of sweet, and you could order eggs. They also had a wonderful lunch menu when we didn’t want to go back out. The Riad El Hara is a hidden gem.

Riad el Hara is just about perfect. Recently renovated family home conveniently located just outside the Medina near Bab Dukala gate. Clean and fresh, but with old world Marrakechi feel. Comfortable bed. Lovely rooftop pool. Good food (for nights you are too However, it’s THE STAFF that puts this place over the top!!! Within the first two days, they’d made us feel like family… (and we mean that in the good way). I cant recommend highly enough.

We just spent our first three nights in Morocco at the Riad El Hara in Marrakech. We couldn’t have had a better start to our vacation. From the very moment we stepped in through the gates at Riad El Hara, we were greeted with friendly faces and exceptional service. The manager Karima and her assistants Ali and Mohammed paid careful attention to our every needs. The room was large, with a modern bathroom, toiletries and even had snacks and coffeemaker in the room, which isn’t the norm in Morocco. The location of the Riad was fantastic and very close to Jemaa El Faana, the place to be in Marrakech for cafes, restaurants, souk and for just having a great time. Our stay included breakfast and every morning, the breakfast prepared by the staff was exceptionally tasty and prepared with locally sourced ingredients. We express our sincere gratitude to everyone at Riad El Hara and rest assured, when we come back to Marrakech, we won’t stay at any other place other than Riad El Hara.

This was the BEST! From the moment I arrived, Karima, Ali and Mohammed made sure my stay was fantastic. My room was quiet, beautiful, and had a little patio for sitting outside. There was a lovely basket of fruit, some delicious Moroccan cookies, and plenty of still/sparkling water. I indulged in their hammam, which was outstanding. Throughout my stay, the team ensured I had everything I needed, from mint tea to directions, local advice, and excellent meals. They were able to adapt to my dietary needs, which I so appreciated. Riad El Hara offers a temple of calm in a frenetic city, and the team is beyond gracious. I highly recommend and hope to stay again. You feel like family.

What a wonderful place to stay . We where met at the airport by a lovely driver , and met at the door by the staff and made to feel like family throughout. Lovely and clean , with great food and attention to detail . Nothing was any trouble and always available to help and assist . There was just one little nibble we had about our room , in that we where directly under the rooftop kitchen . Each morning at 7 am we where woken by the working kitchen . We did mention this to the owner and he said he wound look to rectify this for future use . Highly recommended with a touch of uniqueness. Thank you to all the team for a wonderful mini break
