The front desk VO fused our reservation with another guest and tried to say that we stayed two nights when we only stayed for one night. My husband asked for the printout and it was not us. It was a different floor, room number, and name. It was resolved, but only after he kept insisting that they captured our credit card two nights ago and not one. Furthermore, when we first called to say we would be arriving late and not to give away our room since it was the night before the Super Bowl, they said I had to contact *******. ******* said we had to contact the hotel directly. I eventually had to call a corporate number and it was resolved. Also, they only had pork meat available for breakfast. They said they had a large party who ate all of the Turkey sausage so we did not eat there for breakfast. We will be back this weekend, but we know what to expect…if we stay there.
