This is the first hostel where I stayed that hasn't tried to cramp in as many beds as possible in one room. Hence, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. They have at least two bathrooms and one toilet. Everything is kept very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the hostel has a very nice location. We arrived near midnight and had a bad time at reception. One of us hadn't paid, another was doubly charged and not one of the three of us had our key card sorted so we all had to get back to reception to fix this. Fortunately the rooms were all lovely, other staff were great, especially Meahdi, who was SO patient. The lift - is antique. It only works if you close the inner door properly and many guests do not. So if you are on the 5th floor like we were... The bar is alcohol free... more a lounge but we were able to take our own wine in and glasses were happily provided. The breakfast is amazing! Lovely coffee, great people looking after you and lots of choice.

No frills modern hotel that is thoughtfully laid out. It is located right on the port and my room had a sweeping view of it. The room itself was clean and comfortable with everything I could need. I was only there one night but it would also be suitable for a longer stay. They even provided a yoga mat (cork!) in the room which was a nice touch. Be warned, the elevator doesn’t go to the entrance level on the ground floor so be prepared to carry your bags a couple flights of stairs to check-in at the first floor. Elevator is available from the first floor up. The young lady working the night shift at the front desk was quick to offer her help, though. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and affordable stay right in M****ille port.

The staff were absolutely fantastic (thanks to the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady) and was manned 24 hours per day. The rooms itself are small and quite basic, and not suited to families, but for single or couples looking for a place to stay. You would consider this a budget hotel without any luxuries at 50 Euro at night, id say its fair value. Thanks for the great stay, staff and location made it great

Sally at reception was extremely helpful sorting error from my British airways booking. She gave me details about mobile phone stores 4 in total walking distance from hotel ,supermarkets . Room very clean with balcony double bed separate bathroom/toilet . Central location shopping centre restaurants /coffee shops/ museums/ fast food all within walking distance . Hotel is opposite metro station if you want to travel to another part of the city. I stayed at the hotel 12th March for one night , i was in M****ILLE to watch M****ille v Strasbourg fantastic atmosphere inside the Velodrome. Catherine at reception when i checked out in the morning was also helpful. I came back down to reception early afternoon after i had checked in Small was finishing her shift i asked her the quickest route to the Velodrome she was taking the Metro going home, she helped me buy a return ticket for the station to leave the train for the football match at the Velodrome. Very Big Thank You to Sally. I would stay at the hotel again.
