If you expect 5-star hotel - run, run in the opposite direction from KaiSol Romance Resort. This is a 2 or a 3-star hotel in reality. We got a room that is looking at the ongoing construction site with explanation that it used to be mountain or city view room that our agency reserved (photographs provided). When we communicated at our arrival that we are not staying at the hotel it took the communication between reception, the local agency and Ponte agency so much time that we actually had to stay two nights. For a second night we moved into the other room that was looking at the wall of the building next to the hotel. Everyone in this hotel is on such a low level of service training, awareness of the minimum of professional attitude is the normal standard of behavior, starting from the reception stuff to a hotel director Ibrahim. The reception told us that we might actually adapt after second night, and we might change our minds regarding leaving. The clients are the least important at this place. The most important is the fact that they don't want to lose nights reserved. The level of the hygiene is on a very low level, and it is visible everywhere in the hotel, in the hallways, strange bedding, disorganized tables at the dining room... Not many people speak English, and it made our communication difficult even for ordinary things such as getting a napkin because tables were not completely ready. The rooms seem to be renovated recently but most of them are surrounded by the walls of other buildings, laud construction or the only ones with the sea view (at the main building) are the noisiest ones because the whole air conditioning system is on the top of that building, and the noise that comes from it is constant and so unhealthy that it cannot be ignored. When we point it out to the reception, they said that they did not have time to go out of the hotel ever and that they hear about the noise for a first time. We never had this experience in Egypt and would not want to anyone to go through it if expecting to get anything even close to a 5-star stay. Unfortunately, it seems that the laws in evaluating hotels should be taken more seriously so people would not feel deceived. It is difficult enough to lose first day or two of your vacation when you realize that you are in a wrong hotel that was introduced to you differently, but when all the next steps need to be done to let people continue their vacation are not finished timely, gracefully and with respect for client's rights that is very alarming and not fair at all.

We are absolutely delighted by the customer service which is provided here! Perfect place to spend winter break. Lovely beach - clean and spacious. We have a fantastic view from our room 1232. The hotel generally is nice maintained. The restaurant staff is fantastic! Mr Mohammed (waiter) and the lobby manager Mr Mohammed Atya and Mustafa and Yusuf are a big credit to this place. Big pools. Warm water. Nice food. Beautiful weather. What else do you need? Perfect holidays. A big Thank you for the team!!!

I dont normally write reviews like this, but this is what TripAdvisor is for. So, arrival was very pleasant until we were told we gotta wait for the rooms until 2 PM, arrival time was at 8 AM. Ok happens, they have to get the rooms ready. Then the TV didnt work in our room, we chased it for 4 days and finally on the 4th day out of 7 it got fixed. Cleaning service did his best and we left baksis for the good job. Some staff was very pleasant, smiling and nice, but others, particularly in the cocktail bar by the pools was anything but pleasant and we arent those people who go for refills every 15 minutes. Even though we could since it was all inclusive. Simply grumpy every day. Food was mostly good, desserts tasted all the same. Table service nonexistent, go get your meal and drinks and watch out for the birds, especially during breakfast and lunch. Beach was nice, kept in good shape, sea is pure and full of fish, goggles or snorkeling gear is recommended. There are plenty of activities you can do with entertainment team, however I noticed and I wasnt alone, one unnamed member of that team was high 6 out of 7 days. She was completely out of it. To sum it up, I do not believe this should be rated 5*, but rather 4* at best. Many things are not working right and like I explained, the service wasnt up to the expectations.

Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings. 1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too. 2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent. 3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable. 4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it. The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle. The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time.

Por donde empiezo... El hotel esta en la zona del Sahl Hasheesh es una zona nueva que esta en construcción y tiene pinta que en unos años será una zona de alto standing. Esta muy apartado de la zona de resorts de hurgada ( lo se por que estuve 5 días en un resort y día y medio en este hotel) al Uber le costo un poquito llegar ya que es zona nueva. lo positivo: el hotel esta nuevo a estrenar, las habitaciones enormes, con comedor, el baño super grande, terraza, unas vistas preciosas, cama grande, muy limpio etc.. nos gusto la piscina, la zona de las hamacas, te dan toallas gratis, esta todo muy cuidado. el desayuno no pudimos disfrutarlo así que no puedo opinar. Comimos en el restaurante del hotel y estuvo muy bien, la comida buena y no muy cara (tampoco barata) Este es un hotel muy muy tranquilo, me refiero a que no hay nada que hacer y visitar cerca, NADA. creo que el hotel tenia tours y cosas que ofrecer, desconozco el precio y como son. Tienen servicio de transfer gratis a la playa, nosotros no fuimos pero la playa tenia muy buena pinta. El personal del hotel super amable en todo momento. lo negativo: no hay ascensores es un problema para quien vaya con maletas, ya que tuvimos que subir 4 plantas y es un poco difícil el bajar y subir ya que pasas por muchos pasillos, escaleras etc... el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. Pedimos una habitación para 3 y nos dieron una cama de matrimonio y la otra persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá ( no lo veo lógico cuando en la reserva no lo ponía y no pusieron ni sabanas para la 3 persona) a la hora de hacer el check in nos ofreció por 20€ y luego regateando por 15€ un habitación mejor pero como solo íbamos a estar una noche decidimos que no, luego entendimos por lo del sofá que deberíamos haberla cogido pero igualmente no me pareció bien pagar mas. el hotel esta tan nuevo que hay todavía polvo y suciedad de obra por los pasillos. Información general : ofrecen servicio de taxi al aeropuerto por 15€ ( se paga por coche, si vas 3 personas pagáis 5€ cada uno) teniendo en cuenta que esta super super lejos es un precio bueno y deciros que el uber en hurgada es un timo , nosotros pedimos 4 ubers estando alli y una vez haces la reserva del viaje, te escriben por chat de uber y te piden mas dinero, del aeropuerto a resort de hurgada 15€ por trayecto y del resort a este hotel nos pedían 10 y regateamos y nos lo dejaron por 5€, lo comento para que estéis avisados. No pongo 5 estrellas por que tienen muchas cosas que mejorar aun, pero tiene muchísimo potencial. Volvería aun así.

Proper coffee available at the lobby. Food is leaves a lot to be desired, I didn’t really like it, same food almost daily it felt like and of average quality. However, good choice of clean pools, beach and super large rooms and super clean environment, always someone there cleaning something if not the veranda than the toilets and the tables. Staff are quick and efficient, they want to be helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and large, wonderful beds and amenities. Entertainment is subjective but good for kids. Local towns I found are boring but recommend the scuba diving at the glass boat excursion and dessert safari, don’t feel pressured to book via the in-house excursions teams, take a walk down the beach and a number of vendors offering better value for money.

Хочется отметить, что с момента нашего пребывания и до конца отпуска,при любой возникшей ситуации,вся команда отеля готова была помочь, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Хочется сказать спасибо Веронике, она может подсказать советом или более подробно рассказать вам о специфике пребывания в городе или о интересных местах в отеле, чтобы вы не скучно проводили свой досуг. Да и она просто классная=) Так уж получилось,что нам понадобился осмотр у доктора. Ничего серьезного не произошло, но было приятно, что в отеле работают квалифицированные специалисты. Привет, доктор Сэми, Спасибо большое!)) Для любителей вкусно покушать, тоже будет комфортно. Повара готовят великолепно, делают работу с душой. Для сладкоежек отдельный рай, особенно в вечер восточных сладостей. (Ваще балдеж)) Радует, что ежедневно отель улучшают. Потихоньку делают ремонт,шумных работ нет, но в любом случае, это не отражается на отдыхе окружающих. Территория небольшая,но очень уютная. Отдельно хотелось бы выделить анимацию. Команда небольшая,но очень сильная, активная и подвижная. А вы знаете, как определить хорошая команда аниматоров или бомбическая? У хорошей команды аниматоров танцуют дети и подростки. А вот у бомбической команды дети плачут, когда анимация закончилась на пляже, потому что умеют заинтересовать и найти подход. Моему удивлению не было предела,когда все пенсионеры активно танцевали на любом мероприятии-обычно не заставишь)))) Спасибо большое Нуре, Мухаммеду, Надиру,Кате,Линде и Адаму за живые эмоции. It’s really unpalatable to forget the Chinese food. Most of the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. Smile, there was only one lunch line to pick up grilled prawns, the experience was very poor, obviously the staff who picked up the prawns discriminated against the Chinese, Europeans and Americans can have a few more prawns at a time, but when I lined up twice, I only gave 2, The obvious attitude is not friendly, and I forgot to complain to him😭 Generally speaking, it is a very suitable hotel for vacation and leisure, I like it very much!

This three-meal hotel booked 2 single-bed beds at the special price. The hotel decided to check in at 2 pm, we were more than one, and we were told to clean at 2 o'clock. Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). Swimming pools with hydromassage, beach with super clean sea, what more could you ask for? A very pleasant discovery in Hurghada! Thanks again and we hope to see you soon!!!

I don't think a family with kids might miss any basic thing in this place. My kids really enjoyed the joyous atmosphere, the parties, the pizza and pan cake, and the aqua park, the overall experience is very good, and excellent value for money. The location is reachable and serene, and the beach is great. However, the brother hotel Hawaii Palm (al mamsha) was much better. The need enhancement things are: Parking - far away from the entrance, to the extent that I need to drive for 15 min. from the parking to the hotel entrance, as it was at the opposite side of the road!!! Room amenities - Hair shampoo, body lotion, bath drain covers, power sockets, good-state curtains, i.e. maintenance and deep cleaning. Gym - I had to walk for 15 min. to the nearby hotl Le Jardin, just to find the Gym closed, as it opens at 9 am!!!!!! Warm pools - We were in winters and my bigger kid (110 cm) had to swim in a cold pool!!! Pool time - need to be extended Pushy reception - too much alarms for check-out Cruise trip - reserved via the hotel conceirge was far below expectations. Hope the next visit be better ISA. The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Let's be honest, you can only go here in one case: if your trip (including tickets) for a week costs $600 maximum. That's the only reason to go to this hotel. I have been working in the hospitality industry for a long time. As a professional in my field, I will get tired of listing the reasons why it is not worth going to this hotel. The main disadvantages that you will find in this hotel are: 1. Food - If you live in Central Europe/USA, you will be disappointed in the quality of food and the ways it is prepared. In most cases, the food is undercooked/overcooked, the menu is the same (Only the grill is on the positive side, the dishes change every day). I would also like to note that eating breakfast and lunch on the terrace becomes impossible due to the fact that crows are ready to steal your food from the plate as soon as you turn away or go for a drink. 2. Alcohol - As in all of Egypt, if you travel on an all-inclusive system, you will have free alcohol, but only locally produced. If you are a lover of good beer, then you will have to pay $ 2/3 for one bottle of it. Alcohol is generally of tolerable quality, but bartenders will come up with recipes out of their heads. In 7 days I tried about 10 different variations of one cocktail. 3. Room - We arrived at the hotel by 7 am and (of course) the room was not ready. Check-in was from 2 pm. It was not possible to check in earlier because all the rooms were occupied. Unfortunately, the hotel staff does not care that you have to wait 7 hours before checking into the room. They won't give you towels so you can go to the beach, and they won't give you a bracelet before 10 am so you can at least go to breakfast (we went without a bracelet, the hotel staff was kind and allowed you to have breakfast without them). The room itself that we had was generally acceptable, but it was clear that all the furniture was very old and needed to be replaced. The room overlooked the neighboring building and had a sea view. The room had a balcony and good air conditioning. Our toilet was constantly broken, on the second day of my stay, I learned to fix it myself and steadily repaired it several times a day. 4. Location - The hotel is located near the embankment (5 minutes walk) and a shopping center with a good supermarket (7 minutes walk). For $ 5 you will be taken by taxi to the city center and back. 5. Сleanness - This is a serious drawback of this hotel (and possibly the whole of Egypt). I had to clean the bathroom myself because housekeeping ”didn't notice” the dirt while making our room up. The chairs in the restaurant are dirty and covered in bird droppings. No one cleans the sunbeds on the beach and they are all dirty from the sand. Glasses and cutlery will never be clean and polished, so we preferred to use disposable plastic cups. 6. Hotel area - Two hotels are located in one place: King Tu and Sphinx. I really lived in Egypt for 8 years, and I have lived in so many hotels and never encountered a five-star hotel with a high price/performance ratio! 175 RMB one night bed package for three meals, seeing that I brought two children, and added a small bed for free! The buffet has Egyptian, Asian, Moroccan, Mexican, Italian, various barbecues, like their fish and duck! Desserts, fruit, and beverage snacks are available throughout the day. The price/performance ratio is pretty good ~ 500 for one night in December, the external environment is good, there are not many self-service options and it is not bad like a canteen ~ After all, the price is there, the hygiene is not particularly good, the pillows and quilts smell of old oil! We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

Meraki resort is an amazing hotel that exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is only for an adults, which is a big plus. There are amazing parties every day and the best animation team takes care of the fun. I definitely recommend going to the BoatParty as well. The staff is also very nice and everyone is very helpful.
