A lot of little things. The floor was not carpeted. Additionally, our shoes stuck to the tiled floor, probably because it needs to be rinsed with fresh water after washing. The tub drain, didn't during the showers, resulting in backwash. They were slammed by a large crowd at breakfast, and the food quality suffered. If you know you're going to be packed, add staff and food. There were other small things that were noticeable as well. It wasn't terrible, but would choose another place if in the area in the future.

The front desk had nobody watching it upon arrival. No bell to ring for service. Finally, a person sitting in the lobby seemed to walk down the hallway to announce to someone else that there were people waiting to check in. Despite that unprofessional greeting, check-in was easy. They gave us a very clean room, but the bed and pillows were both very uncomfortable. The bathroom was big and super clean; easy to step into and out of the shower. Excellent water pressure. The towels (and sheets on the bed, for that matter) were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had AMAZING coffee and the danishes we had were all better than expected. We met friends for breakfast later up the street, so we didn't have the complimentary hot breakfast, but it looked good. Check out went much smoother.

I like meeting front desk staff Ms. Kiki she was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice maybe needs an air filter to circulate the air on the room.

The front desk receptionist was so polite & had just great customer service skills. After driving all day it was so nice to be greeted & checked in by someone so friendly. She deserves a raise quite frankly & I only wish I remembered her name!!!

The location was quite convenient for our weekend; however, we found bottlecaps on the floor in the room and the shower backed up over our ankles each time we used it. The second morning of our stay, there was no decaf coffee available during breakfast.
