"Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location.
The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water.
Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster.
Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some."

"The room is nice but there is something that should not be there in a hotel.
1. There is a cockroach on my bed head lamp not that I mind that, it just looks good for a hotel.
2. The hotel clearly stated that smoking is prohibited but in the morning I still smell a strong cigarette smoke in my bed"

"We always stay here everytime we see the doctor at regency hospital. Just take 5 minutes walking to hospital. The room is nice. Breakfast is good but need to improve the variety. For this time the towel and bedsheet need to change many times, coz it got many stains n looks yellowish. Please pay more attention to all utilities cleanliness. Overall is good, but can be improved to get the best. Next time we'll stay here again. Thank you"

"Everything is great. The location, the services, the facilities, the cleanliness all is good and satisfying. I've encountered some issue whereas the hotel has double charged me (prepaid through Trip & at the receptionist). However, the issue was solved quickly and they have refunded my money. Thanks to customer service from Trip and also to the hotel."
