"Cleanliness is great as it is still new. But i was quite surprised to see how the entire building looks like when we arrived. The carpark like normal housing carpark, the swimming pool is shared to public. We booked two rooms, one room power trip for twice, one room sewage blocked.. bed is comfortable, aircon is cool! But the overall experience doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like dormitory outside the room."

"Came for a friend’s wedding in the area so decided to stay here due to the location. Did not have much expectations of the hotel but was blown away by the wonderful staff! The rooms were clean and decent, bathroom was small but clean and easy to maintain. Bath foam and shampoo were provided in the wall dispensers and bed was clean and comfy. Location wise - the hotel is very close to many eateries and amenities in the area. There 24 hr dining at Osman (mamak), 7 eleven. Great noodle spots like RMB noodles, fancier cafe like Grumpy Goat, breakfast spots like Hua Mui across the road. But it’s the super friendly and helpful staff like Dona, Vivi, Gugum and Fiqa that made a huge difference to my stay! They made me feel welcomed with their smiles and positivity whenever I step through the door and to see them taking care of each other when they were working gave me a feeling of great family spirit. Definitely worth the stay!"

"It was an old hotel but whole room was clean. The services were great. They dont have hair dryer and the room has smoke smell. As a budget hotel overall were great"

"I am not a fussy traveller and travel often. But i have to somehow write a areview on this place. 1. The common room toilet door cannot be closed and locked. All 6 of us have to use the Masteroom toilet insetad which has caused a delay in our schedule. Send email messages via the email notification but no reply. Host only send WA on the check out day only asking if we have already check out. Wonder if they even read our emails!! 2. TV is on but you cant get any channel at all. So its definitely a dead boring stay with no TV around. 3. There is some foul smelling if you are sitting at the bar top counter 4. Received Warning notification for guest not to iron on the bed prior to the arrival. But upon arrival, I could understand why previous guest could have iron the clothes on the bed. Iron board just look like its picked up from trash or all i could just saw.......Eeeewww....i am not going to iron my clothes on that. 5. Sofa in the living room is already torn Place is spacious. if only the host or owner were to maintain and use a non-recycle kind of materials and fitting in the house it will be nice. Definitely no returning back and would not recommend this place."

"Not recommended at all. Firstly, the key collection was a distance away from the actual apartment. Secondly, on trip.com, it was stated for deposit to be MYR 50, but when we arrived, the staff mentioned that it is MYR 200. When we showed her the screen on trip.com, she said the MYR 50 was for cleaning fee instead. She also insisted that we should do a bank transfer but we couldn’t as we are foreigners. She refused to accept cash nor credit card and claimed that we were making things difficult. The apartment was also not ready when we checked in at 3.30pm when it’s supposed to be ready by 3pm. Her attitude was terrible. She also didn’t give us clear instructions on who to look for at the apartment in order to check in, and we wasted a lot of time trying to find their staff. I insisted to speak to the manager instead, whom apologised and agreed to let us pay the deposit in cash and we agreed on MYR 100. She also offered us late check out since the apartment wasn’t ready. While the manager made some efforts in customer recovery, I will still not recommend as they also claimed that they were not aware that their apartment was listed on trip.com. The apartment was also not cleaned thoroughly, there were strands of hair lying around in the apartment. The sliding doors to the balcony also couldn’t be locked and the balcony was connected to the neighboring units."
