Hotel Montagne Matsumoto

Located just outside the west exit (Alps exit) of Matsumoto Station, this is a fine hotel that can be used for wedding receptions, banquets, and meetings. You can see the beautiful Northern Alps. The front desk staff were always smiling and very helpful, and they were happy to store our luggage before check-in, which was convenient for sightseeing. The single room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We were on the third floor, so we could only see a little of the Northern Alps, but I think you can get a better view from the higher floors. The bathroom was also well-cleaned and clean, but the smell was a bit noticeable. The shampoos were Pola, which was very good, but they were placed a little far from the bathtub. The shower water pressure seemed a little difficult to adjust. The room had the bare necessities of a toothbrush set, shower cap, razor, and comb, so I thought they were environmentally conscious. We didn't include meals, but the restaurant on the first floor seems to be popular and the parking lot was full. It's on the opposite side of the downtown area, but it's convenient because it's close to the station, and the oyaki from the oyaki shop next door was very delicious. It's close to the station and quiet at night, so I highly recommend it.

About 3 minutes walk from Alps Exit. Location a little difficult to understand. There are 8 dedicated bike parking spaces. Because it is at the mouth of the Alps, the surrounding conditions are poor. I think the closest convenience store is inside Matsumoto Station. For eating and drinking, either cross Matsumoto Station and go to the castle entrance, or take your car out. There seems to be a restaurant in the hotel, so you can use that as well. It seems to be a facility that can host banquets, meetings, and weddings, but it is rather small for a hotel of that type. My impression is that it is close to a business hotel. I could see the entire Matsumoto station premises from the window.

To flee ! Old hotel, small and uncomfortable room. We were allocated a “large” non-smoking room, where the smell of cold tobacco was disgusting! We had to fight the concierges, none of whom spoke English, for 20 minutes to get another one. Spring bedding, trapolin style. Dinner mediocre, breakfast no better! There are much better hotels in Japan, similarly priced. The worst of all those we visited in 13 nights!

清掃が全体の見た目はともかく、拭き取っている雑巾が汚れていたか、生乾きで放置したものを使っていたのか、トイレ周辺が臭く、アルコールで拭き取っても匂いが取れなかった。テレビ横にお手拭きの袋が落ちていたり、雑な対応なのではないかと思われれてしまう。施設は古いので、細かなところで、残念に思われるところがあった。

繁華街（お城口）とは反対側で周りは静かです。出口出て自転車置き場（線路）に沿って1〜2分で着きます。コンビニまでは少し歩きます。化粧水などのアメニティはあったのか分かりませんでしたが、チェックアウト時にフロントに入浴剤があるのに気付いたので、もしかしたらあったのがしれませんが、案内はありませんでした。 夕食は付けていないので評価出来ませんが、朝食は蕎麦以外には特に郷土っぽいものは無く、値段の割には…といった感じでした。

아주 추천하지 않고 싶습니다. 마쓰모토역과 가깝다는 점외 추천할 내용이 없습니다.

清潔で駅近くにしては静かな部屋に泊めていただきました。大変満足です。

スタッフの対応、ホテルの清潔さなどは申し分ありませんでした。一点だけ気になったのは、意外と隣室のドアが閉まる音などが聞こえることです。夜中で静かなために余計に気になりました。
