"The room smelled strongly, a kind of body odor that couldn't be dissipated. The hotel staff acknowledged the problem, but refused to change rooms, citing full booking. A thorough cleaning the next day improved things considerably, but the smell was still faint. Given the hotel's star rating, I expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the result was truly disappointing. I barely slept the first night and asked for compensation, but the hotel only waived a small portion of the room fee and offered a free drink voucher. "Do we need your drinks?" Such mistreatment of guests truly undermines the quality and image of not only this hotel, but also the German hospitality industry!"

"On our trip we made this for a night station. After we went to our room and looked around in the city, we were hungry. The reception in the lovely decorated guest room was friendly and familiar. The host must have seen us that we were hungry. Otherwise, the rich portions are not to explain What was to eat? Brat filet from the bachsailing and calf frame-sized with butterspätzel. How did it taste? We have tasted it very well, we like to repeat it when we are back in Bad Berneck."
