對尚客優一直都是好印象，隔音好，床舒服，設施也都好用，前台服務態度也很好。保潔阿姨也挺親切的。希望尚客優能繼續保持。

看着4.6評分預訂的，結果住進來特別失望，好評都是刷出來的！首先是前台一個散着頭髮女士，服務特別差，我們是長者和孩子旅行，訂了2間房，因為沒有電梯，在前台開房間的時候想要一樓房間，長者覺得一樓房間潮濕，想去二樓看看，當時前台把房卡已經制作好了，前台説二樓沒有房間，衹有一樓和三樓有，沒有辦法，衹能被迫接受一樓房間，剛巧一樓對面房間開着門，特別吵，我提出換一個房間，前台説衹剩下兩間房，不給換。然後我往裡麪走，看見還有空房間開着門，我説這房間不是空着嗎？前台不耐煩的説，我看看有沒有預訂出去，勉強給換了一個房間。住進去之後發現真的特別吵，樓上沖馬桶的聲音特別大，就像在房間潑水一樣吵，隔音也特別差，隔壁説話聽的清楚，床單上還有頭髮！！！我去二樓發現有房間空着，前台就是不願意給換房間，，入住感特別差！服務特別差，衞生特別差，絕對不會再住！！！
