房間寬敞舒適，處處體現着人性化設計，廁所的燈是聲控燈，半夜起來上廁所會自動亮起，不用摸黑開燈，電動窗簾，浴缸旁有電視，還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，入住有歡迎水果和牛奶，慢慢的小細節。裏面的工作人員都很熱情，有求必應。第二次來了，重點是有手工製作，小童樂園，還有自己的電影院，都是院線同步的新片，帶孩子來最適合消磨時間了。推薦大家親子遊玩去這裏。

帶小朋友過來跨年，一到酒店，服務員就很熱情的幫我拉行李，辦理入住的時候，還細心詢問小朋友的飲食習慣，適不適合吃奶酪餅乾，細心周到的服務，讓我這次體驗感很好，最讓我感動的一點，酒店晚上還放了小煙花慶祝，還給了我小朋友仙女棒玩，安全又貼心，下次我還要來酒店體驗。

房間很大 層高很高 房間設施都保養得好 乾淨衞生 送了水果還有牛奶 游泳池真的太棒了 50米標準池 就是水太淺了 環境真的很好 國慶節都沒漲價 是度假放鬆的好去處 酒店中餐是意外的驚喜 家常菜味道驚艷 雖然稍微偏貴一些 不過也不想跑了

這是第三次住彭山恆大酒店了。服務還是那麼棒👍🏻前台小帥哥很熱情，辦理入住的時候反覆確認小朋友數量，還送了酒店自製奶油餅乾。房間有歡迎水果，晚上玩了回來還有牛奶和糖果放在房間裏面，很貼心和温馨。酒店早餐還是一如既往的豐富和可口，小朋友和長者都很滿意。不足之處就是酒店房間裏面部分設施老舊了，個別損壞了也沒有及時修繕，如衞生間門口貼地的牆磚都掉了一塊，紙巾盒也很破舊了等等。希望能及時維護更新改造。

總體很不錯，五一沒漲價，還有親子活動，挺好。不好的就是，恆大目前的現狀讓酒店運營似乎很艱難，與2年前第一次來差太多了…

帶着孩子度假非常適合！酒店園林綠化覆蓋面裏很寬廣，孩子和孩子掃了個單車在園區溜達很悠閑！酒店附近有個果鄰公園太適合拍照打卡，視覺效果好！小童樂園孩子喜歡，房間寬大，陽台視野寬廣！

首先要説，游泳池特別棒，水質極好，通透，温度適宜，開了半天車，晚上游一下非常好。
訂這個酒店很重要的就是有游泳池，總算沒白費功夫。器材也不錯。
酒店在小區裏面，這小區可太大了。有不少結婚的，顯得有些嘈雜。
總體還不錯。

酒店設施和環境還不錯，但軟實力有待提升。
早餐是上午10：00收餐，但沒説十點就停止營養吧，帶着孩子才10：15還沒吃完早餐，服務員就將餐廳的燈關了，大年初一就這麼摳摳搜搜的…幾經要求才磨磨蹭蹭的將燈打開，感覺很不情願的樣子，印象非常不好！！
