The room was a bit small and the facilities were outdated. Besides one bottle of shampoo and body wash, no other disposable amenities were provided. The room's cleanliness was mediocre, comparable to a no-star guesthouse in China. However, the location is excellent, which is why I extended my stay for another 4 nights.

Absolutely brilliant location! Close to most places or a short walk away from the rest.  Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful on checking in.  Room was great - comfy bed, good view and no issues with noise like other reviews have stated.  Air conditioning didn’t work at first as the filter is in desperate need of a clean but otherwise no issues. For the location and the price, I would definitely stay here again!

Prices were quite high due to the holiday, and I chose this hotel mainly for its location. The staff were friendly, but the facilities are *extremely* basic, so please be prepared. The hand soap was watered down, and there were no tissues, so bring your own. The exhaust fan is centrally controlled and cannot be turned off. The AC was incredibly loud and kept rattling, making it impossible to sleep if it wasn't turned off. Also, the building is very old; you'll hear creaking noises from people walking around, even if they're not close to your room. This can be quite unsettling in the middle of the night or wake you up in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, I'd advise caution! However, if the price is normal and very good value, it might be worth considering. The location is indeed very convenient.

Conveniently located in Melbourne's CBD, with excellent transport links and surrounded by numerous dining options. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they provided a map and detailed explanations, including information about the free tram zone. The facilities were excellent and comprehensive, making us feel right at home.

Initially the’ve given me the worst room on my first day. It has really a bad smell which is coming from the carpet I think. With very bad vibes, dark, and its hard to breathe like literally. I’m not sure why they are still giving this room to their guesses I’m sure they can also feel it. I’ve complained and thankfully they let me transfer to the other room thanks for the receptionist

Plus, there are plenty of convenient dining and drinking options right downstairs. Service: The front desk staff primarily speak English, so it's advisable to have some English language skills, otherwise communication might be challenging. Breakfast: The breakfast is quite simple, resembling a basic continental-style meal. It includes milk, cereal, toast, and jam, but no eggs are served.
