酒店非常容易尋找 且周邊有一些賣場 早上可以看到日出 酒店早餐非常豐富 距離機場也20分鐘車程 非常方便快捷 性價比很高

酒店在開塞利汽車站對面，裝修佈置都很高大尚，挺好的。但前台和餐廳沒什麼人會説英語，最重要的是餐費不能掛在房間賬上，別的酒店都可以掛在房間的賬上退房的時候統一結算，而他這裏用餐一次，你就結一次帳，讓他開發票，餐廳還不開，説讓前台開，早上退房讓前台開發票，搞好久開不出來，服務很差！
早上去餐廳吃早餐，已經主動跟餐廳的工作人員説我房費不含餐，呆會我會付款，但他聽不懂很尷尬，她還去跟前台確認，你在那裡尬等她確認完你才能去吃早餐。
早餐正常從7點開始，因為要趕飛機，所以想提前到六點半吃早餐，餐廳同意，但是需要你預付訂金，哪有這樣的道理吃飯還要預付定金的。

I had a great experience at Kayseri special with this amazing! Hotel location was very close by airport and specially gym center it’s very high equipment Tecnision! And I loved the breakfast and hotel is clean and rooms size is very comfortable and open area! I love stay again and I recommended deeply!

Arkadaşlarımı kahvaltıya davet edebilecegim yerler arasında ilk sırada.Ommer otelde kahvaltıyı kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum otelde konaklamama rağmen çalışan arkadaşların ilgi alakası güzeldi.Ozellikle Onur beye ilgi ve lakasindan dolayı teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltı cesitleri olsun temizlik olsun ***et başarılıydı.
