Clean, modern rooms. However, the lack of staff and customer service is unacceptable. Spent 15 minutes just trying to find the reception desk (there is none) employee at the small (looked like a grocery check out) desk appeared to be under the influence. No signage to tell you where to check in. The property is connected to another, and some exterior doors were locked - just a un-welcoming mess. On top of that, the city was under a BOIL WATER order, due to winter weather/broken pipes. the check-in employee failed to inform me of this. Luckily, I found out from another visitor before drinking the tap water. There were no coffee pots in the room, and no coffee available in the lobby. I had to request bottled water, and was only given two bottles for two guests. IF I WERE RUNNING THIS HOTEL, I would have offered the bottled water at check in. The valet was also absent from his station at check in (6 pm) and check out (10 am). I would avoid staying here due to the complete absence of customer service and staff.
