Facilities: Complete, free parking lot with 24-hour monitoring, hot water available at all times. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Fresh air, with tea trees behind, very quiet. Service: The boss is also very nice and polite.

基礎設施要加強一下，晚上走廊裏麪沒有燈光，這個都要加強一下，抽紙也沒有，這個可以放點在裏面，也要不了多少錢，走廊燈光我建議酒店晚上應該開起來，要不然黑漆漆的不方便。

該酒店服務態度太差，不開具發票還以各種理由推脱，聯繫酒店負責人電話也不接，另外停車也不安全，車子被劃傷，後側葉子板，左側葉子板都被劃傷，報警以後找酒店負責人協商賠償300元，結果酒店負責人把一家老小叫來吵架，還説自己開保時捷多牛多牛的，不賠償也就算了，關鍵發票也不給開，以後再也不去入住該酒店！

1、隔音非常不好，我住在六樓1樓的聲音都能聽的很清楚，窗户像是擺設；
2、衞生情況也是堪憂，廁所的肥皂盤上還有上一個客人留下來的小半塊肥皂，這是節約嗎？衣架上還有灰，這是多久沒人住的啊？
3、電視機下面的插座是沒有電的，還有個沒賭住的坑；
4、晚上12點走道還很吵。

春節自駕出遊西雙版納，訂酒店遲了，版納景區附近酒店滿房，不得已訂的這家酒店，由於行程原因，初一晚上很晚的時候辦理的入住兩天，三個房間有一個房間衞生間地面積水，由於入住較晚，滿房沒法換房間，就衹有將就了，第二天，前台詢問可否換一個房間，前台人員説沒法換，衹有囑咐前台清理衞生間積水，並一定把床品換一下（積水房間床品頭天晚上入住時發現有頭髮和污垢等，哎！不敢多想是否在入住前徹底的打掃和更換床品）由於出遊行程安排原因，晚上較晚回到酒店，很失望酒店並沒有更換乾淨衞生的床品，考慮大過年，時間也晚了，也就沒有再去麻煩酒店工作人員處理。將就能住的一家酒店吧。沒去過的地方，在網上搜尋訂的酒店，其他不説，至少要乾淨衞生吧。當然也還是感謝店家工作人員等候我們較晚時間入住，希望店家改進，讓住客有個乾淨衞生的基本入住體驗！
