Use care when booking here. I booked a two bedroom apartment (based on confirmation and listing photos). Upon arrival was given one bedroom apartment with one bed. No offer to reduce rate or other accommodation was made.
Could have been a big problem, but fortunately not much of an issue for me.
The building is newer with elevator (a help as I stayed on the top floor of the five story building). Location is on a one-block street tucked behind busy Reforma Avenue and next to Niza. Is a good location if you need to be near businesses, restaurants, and clubs.
If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as you will hear noise from the bar across the street as well as street noise.
The building is secured with double locked gates and has full time doorman. Staff was friendly.

It is an excellent place, very spacious and clean, central to visit several places, only there is a lot of noise from the nearby bars

Central location, relatively modern infrastructure, cleanliness mehh could improve but what is too excessive is the noise since in front there are bars and they wake up with music even in the wee hours of the morning, be careful with that detail.

The room was very comfortable and everything was perfect, it is very well equipped. Something we had doubts about was hot water because it is not mentioned but it is available.
The location is very good, you can find the metrobus a few meters away and it is very close to squares, bars, restaurants, the Angel of Independence, etc.
Something to mention is that we stayed 4 nights and at no time did they clean us and they did not give us toilet paper, even when we asked for it and reminded the girl at the reception, however the other services were perfect.

Excelente ubicación para recorrer Reforma, ir al auditorio, restaurantes, etc. Muy limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Buen precio. Solo estar preparado para desvelarte un poco, pues hay mucho ruido en la noche.
