I loved everything, very good location and service. A little nuance: the pool area is quite small, there are often wasn’t enough sun-beds for all guests.

Maintenance gentleman and this mornings hostess were very nice and willing to help. Ac had issues but soon resolved. Thin walls and extremely noisy . Super small and dated. Lot of dirt behind beds and bathroom tile need more attention. Terrible view should get creative and make an outdoor garden or add some threes.

The hotel was really good and easy. The location is really nice as well. The only complaint is that I could not control the temperature in my room. I was really cold the entire time and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The rest was all good

Was a cute little hotel. Dont have a room with a city view, its very loud. Staff was excellent. Didnt receive our ******* gold perks.

This is a lovely boutique hotel near whatever you want to visit in South Beach Miami. There are restaurants and beaches very close and convenient to the hotel. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. I wish that the bathrooms were a little larger - the toilet area is quite cramped. The room itself is large with plenty of space. I'd stay there again!

So I wouldn’t say this is the most luxurious boutique hotel, it’s a little old and a bit run down, but it certainly has its charm. The pool is small but felt private and was never ever crowded. Plus there was a little bar that you can get drinks and snacks from, which we did every day and the woman working was the absolute nicest person. In fact, all of the staff are so nice and accommodating. All in all this was a lovely, low-key, quiet and no fuss hotel stay. We had a wonderful time!

Staff was great and friendly. Enjoyed my stay during the Miami boat show. Will return to property.

Good location in general. Rooms and communal areas were a bit tired but kept fairly well maintained, and clean. Cafe area for breakfast is small but good food quality and excellent service. Nice people, and allowed a late check-out on our final day too.

Quick weekend trip to Miami. San Juan Hotel was reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Close to beach, restaurants and Lincoln Road. The staff is exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Love the location of the hotel. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I wish hotel staff haves us more information at the check-in like that our stay included beach, chairs, and umbrellas. There was a sign at the reception but we overlooked it at the check in as we arrived sleepy and tired after long flight. We ended up paying for them at the beach since we didn’t know they were free. Also, there was a group of us staying in different rooms and We booked the same type of rooms but the amenities seem to be different in every room. One had the coffee maker, another robes and slippers, third had robes but not sleepers. My room had a beautiful view of trash bins and had none of amenities. It was nice to find out there was a free coffee by the pool in the morning, but again we were not informed of that at the check in.

The place is very nice along with the entire staff. The location is great as well

The people there were so friendly they made my birthday special sending me champagne I would definitely come back!

We booked the hotel off location. We looked at the pictures and reviews. We arrived and did not expect the overall poor quality of the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was uneven. The room was freezing. When asked how to make it warmer, they said there was no heat in the hotel. We even took out the batteries to the ac and it still ran super cold. We basically paid just for The location.
