Terrible! It’s clean. However they don’t have room service. The “ so called” restaurant is not worthy of the word “ restaurant”. The free breakfast is consumed on disposable plates with plastic cutlery. The food is basic with no meat component.. Terrible attitude from the workers who transports you to the airport and who will ignore you. They didn’t collect us from the airport. We paid for an Uber. The establishment is, perhaps, one step above a hostel !!!!!!’ I will never stay there again !!! I really question the authenticity of some of the “ reviews”. It needs management intervention.

The room is nice, clean and hygienic, with its own parking lot, 18 dollars a day. There is coffee and hot water in the lobby, and it is convenient to drink hot water. The bath water is very good, I don't understand why the wash water is so small, I'm tired from flying, I don't bother to change rooms

The women who checked us in was professional, proficient and pleasant. The check in was quick. Best of all we were able to check into our room early. The breakfast offered had a nice variety. The banana waffles were delicious. The hotel also had a small back yard area with a pool and a good variety of seating and lounge areas
This area was located on the second floor along with the breakfast area. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good location, convenient to shopping and dinner options. Bus to and from the Airport only ran once per hour. Very long wait time. Call to find out what happen to the bus, no answer.

Wonderful stay after a trying day at the airport. It was a sanctuary, traveling alone with a young child. Most of all the staff was kind, efficient, and the breakfast, pool, shuttle was all an extra bonus. Don’t hesitate, the best stay close to the airport!!!!

This is our second stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Wish there was more to do in the neighborhood, but that’s the only con.

Front desk staff was beyond excellent! Our room had a well-equipped kitchen and perfectly sized bedroom and living room. Best of all, it's located across the street from Publix!

It was a nice hotel .Lots of place to eat and pharmacy store .grocery store across the street . 20 minutes from the cruise port. The breakfast was great Will return next time we have a cruise in Miami
