This is the second time I've stayed here when I'm back in Miami for a business trip. The location is good and the hotel environment is also good, especially the garden and large swimming pool behind the hotel. The price/performance ratio is also very high

I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel accommodated my late check out request which was very helpful. The room was not ready when we first arrived and the hotel was packed per the lady at check in. Although we had to wait, she was kind and apologetic for the delay. The room was clean and located in an ideal location. We enjoyed our visit!

To start the receptionist wasn’t at the desk to open the door. We waited over 5 minutes for another guest to come out so we could go in, then another five or ten minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Once checked in, I went to shower (hair all over) and the tub backed up during the shower. Mind you I’m merely one of FIVE guests who needed to shower. This was after we discovered there were only three towels and washcloths for a booking of five. The hotels response was “sorry, no rooms available and no maintenance until in the morning.” U N A C C E P T A B L E! Never will we ever book here again. Just don’t do it.

We are a family of 4. We were greeted with an attitude when we arrived before check-in when all we wanted to do is to ask to check our bags. When we arrived later in the evening to our room, I used one of the wash cloths to wipe down the bathroom wall. When I realized we only had 2 wash cloths and two towels for the four of us my husband requested 2 more sets and was told how others had been asking the same thing that night and they were out. Unacceptable!! Not prepared for the holidays and should not call yourself a hotel but maybe a hostel at best!
