Only one bus ride from the beach. I didnt see staff always change the sheets after guests left, i woukd ask fir new sheets on arrival.

The building is in need of serious repair. The roof was actively leaking during my stay. There was just a bucket collecting all the rain water. The drywall looked as if this has been an issue for some time as it showed signs of long term damage.

The suites is very close to the airport at the end of a corner. Please be aware it’s a shared place and you maybe sharing your room with a stranger. They need to put this information boldly for potential guest to see when booking.

Surprising, uplifting, clean, respectful, decent room mates, private, great parking, close to MIA airport, Miami Springs restaurants, better experience than BnB, would book another week or two again!
