The 24-hour hot water mentioned was not available at all, and the room was not soundproofed. I could hear the voices of others sharing the room in the middle of the night. There was no soundproofing at all. I reported this to the customer service in the middle of the night. The hotel felt that they had tricked Ctrip. Come on. I thought she was going to stab me at the door. She knocked so fiercely and told us that there would be hot water the next morning. But when we woke up the next morning, there was still no hot water.
