酒店地理位置真的很不錯，去哪裡都很方便，附近就是凱德廣場，酒店房價也不算貴。衞生也很乾凈，前台小姐姐的服務態度很好，還有洗衣房。下次還來定他家的酒店，非常不錯的體驗。

我是他家老客户了，每次來綿陽都會住上幾天。服務貼心到位，而且訂的特價房前台小姐姐都會免費幫忙升級成同規格格的房間，很感謝。房間裏的設備都很齊全，很乾凈，缺東西送到的速度也很快。總而言之，對得起這個價格，下次回來還會入住的

前台電話應答及時，有附加的服務和要求都可以和前台小姐姐溝通，東西補的很快。客房的浴室配有吹風機、浴巾和一次性洗漱用品，卧室有一次性拖鞋和免費的礦泉水。並且客房衞生清潔及時，附近的吃喝玩樂也很便利，距離綿陽火車站也很近，打車也很方便。

綿陽Y 住宿多，像這種品牌連鎖少，所以還是表示鼓勵品牌連鎖酒店。不敢連鎖的，都是內在品質有問題的，都是有Y 的。先説滿意的，再説不滿意的。服務滿意，我們住了3天，特別是我們入住的前2天，正值過年期間，前台服務和保安小夥子很不錯，包括加被子和換被套床單都很爽快的給我們換了，過年保潔不在，保安小夥子動手做的，且態度很好，非常感謝。服務本來可以打5分的，但是扣了1分，為啥？酒店見我沒好評，專門安排人給我打來電話要好評，這個不好，扣1分。再説點不好的，不好的跟服務沒啥關係了，跟當初選擇家居潔具的人有關了。1.馬桶有點Y，存水太多，大便會濺到屁股上（很多酒店都有這問題），馬桶品牌的選擇上有問題 2.茶几桌子找的定做的廠家沒找對，材料和工藝都有問題。茶几的金屬腿根本就是Y 不銹鋼，在生銹。也就是定做傢俱也要找正規廠家，不要找山寨廠家。3.桌子的長度短了，不方便放東西，下次更換傢俱可延長桌面。 4.房內的基礎裝修不建議再動了，比如：牆面，地面，動這些沒啥意義，還增加毒害。有機會，把傢俱換成正牌，把馬桶換成正牌，我看就OK了，其它基礎裝修不用動。那些不敢加盟的住宿，都比這家貴，全屋找不出1個正貨。 在綿陽，總體我是支持這家的，問題出在傢俱潔具在當初的選擇上，以後不能再犯這種低級錯誤了，要用正貨，不要用Y貨。Y 貨那是不敢加盟連鎖品牌的店用的。以後到綿陽，我還住這裏。照片其實我有拍，算了，不發了。
