泰安泡湯的飯店很多，第一次選擇到湯悅溫泉會館享受簡單的家庭放鬆旅遊覺得很適合也很棒，環境優美，房間整潔乾淨，這次房間內也有湯池，天然溫泉泡起來真的好放鬆喔！這裡的溫泉是天然硫磺溫泉，所以泡完皮膚也很滑嫩耶！滿意滿意👍有機會會再選擇湯悅👍

我們大概7點到旅館，有一位戴眼鏡的男服務生像很錯愕，為什麼我唔會來，因為我們騎單車上去的。 我跟他說我們是住宿的，問他有沒有地方可以停泊我們的單車，他一來就說沒有，一點也不像想幫忙，要我們逐一個角落問可不可以停泊。我們也說我唔可以付費租停車場的一格，畢竟停車場就在酒店門口。 最終終於找到了一個位置可以停車。
Check in 後，我們坐接送車到我們的房間，設施不錯。
我們坐車再回到旅館大堂，有個女服務生很有禮貌，人很好。她說我們沒有訂晚餐，我們說另外付費的有沒有關係，她跟我們說整個山頭都沒有食物，旅館裏的餐廳也沒有開，我們問他最近可以有食物的地方在哪裏，她說要行路落山大概25分鐘。那我問他有沒有車可以承載我們，或是幫我們叫計程車，她說汕頭沒有計程車，之後她問剛才的眼鏡男可不可以通融一下，載我們到便利店，坐車只要4分鐘，買完就立刻回來，那個眼鏡男說不可以。最後我們4人要走路下山，因為踏單車上山已經很累了，山路完全沒有街燈。大概半小時才到便利店吃飯，再走40分鐘上山。 回到房間發現大蟑螂。 我絕對不會再去這間飯店。

可感覺出飯店有年紀，房間玻璃沒有很乾淨，但房內乾淨整潔，附贈的早餐及晚餐自費火鍋皆有品質，本次預定住宿兩晚，卻在第二天早上接到退房時間到的電話，很無言；入住當天櫃台人員表示隔天出門告知櫃台人員清掃即可，隔天出門前告知櫃台人員請幫房間清掃，櫃台人員說好並報了房號，下山後接到櫃台連環電話追問你說要打掃?是要打掃哪裡?第一次被問這種問題很傻眼不知道怎回，還繼續追問要換備品嗎?床單呢?我想以這種價位可選擇其他飯店獲得更好的服務...
