The Couper Castello

Overall it's very good. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic. I like the bathroom in the room. It's very new and clean. The room is also very beautiful. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go to attractions. The main thing is that it is very close to the train station and only takes 5 minutes to walk. This should be a B&B, not a hotel, and is privately managed. In a building, there are not only this B&B but also other B&Bs and barber shops. Sometimes I worry about safety issues. I don't like the water provided in the room. It is in a glass bottle and I worry about the bottle being reused. Overall it's very good and I will come again next time!

They present themselves as a luxury hotel, however they are just guest houses, in fact not even a discreet reception service is present and above all there was a danger when I stayed outside at night with no one to open the gate for me and disturbed the condominiums of the building. Frankly, for the price they ask for the service they offer, I was disappointed. The lift is not suitable for a hotel, in fact it should be respected a little more because it is one of the large and beautiful old ones.

Hotel well located, everything is within walking distance from there. On the other hand, difficult to find the entrance, once arriving in the courtyard of the building (could have been clarified before our arrival, because reconfirmation request the day before by WhatsApp). The reception is on the 1st half (high) floor, so you have to carry your suitcases up there. A considerate welcome by Dad.....(?), but afterward we didn't see anyone. No hot water on the 1st morning and no one at reception at 8am. Comfortable and pretty rooms, but lack of space to store clothes (only one portico with hangers). Coffee maker, kettle and biscuits in the room. No breakfast service, which we had at the nearby Bar Castello (pastries, pressed fruit juice, etc.). In short, a little disappointed with the service given the price paid (280€/night).

Very central hotel in front of the wonderful Sforzesco Castle in a period building. Convenient for walking to the Gallery, the Duomo, the Stock Exchange but also Brera and Via Moscova to enjoy dinner in excellent trendy venues. New and tastefully furnished rooms. The girls at the reception are very nice and welcome you with a beautiful smile and are very helpful in making your stay perfect.

Brand new and highly sought after hotel, inside a splendid historic building in the heart of Milan. The staff was very kind, especially Debora who I thank for welcoming me with kindness and kindness. Highly recommended
