Crossing Manzoni

Two thumbs up for Crossing Manzoni. The owners have forged a new model in which they have created extremely comfortable rooms located in a prime location, along with a great concierge to help and provide assistance for anything you might need, but without the extras that many of us don’t use to begin with at a hotel (gym, spa, restaurant, lobby). The concierge was super nice and thorough, handling our requests prior to our arrival and then after our arrival with aplomb. Note that the concierge is only there during normal working hours, which could impact night-time arrivals. But I’m sure they have a way to deal with that. The location couldn’t have been better, as it was just a few minutes’ walk to the central tourist areas of Milan, near a couple of metro stations, and just steps away from high-end shopping, if that’s what you are looking for. Each room is unique. We were very happy with the Spiga room we selected. The TV was finicky, but the owner said they are working on it. WiFi was very fast. We really enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel which is located right in the heart of Milan with a range of amenities on your doorstep. The attention to detail in the hotel is faultless, with plush furnishings and one-of-a-kind artwork. The General Manager, Sean was very attentive and friendly upon check in and offered great tips on local restaurants whilst ensuring that we were well looked after. A wonderful stay in an amazing city!

A few weeks ago we styed in this elegant property which opened a few months ago. The location is incredibly perfect for visiting all the most important and significant places in Milan: the Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, museums and obviously all the shopping is just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in the city center, the street where it is located is very quite and peaceful and we slept very well. The furnishings are in the name of good taste with a perfect melange of period furniture, designer pieces and works of art. The service offered is impeccable, made up of kindness, care and obsessive attention to detail. Now we know we have a “home” to return to every time we are in Milan.

An absolutely stunning location. We were looking for a tasteful location that would represent Milan at its best and Crossing Manzoni absolutely nailed it. You'll be blown away by the attention to detail in the design - the rooms and the artwork are beautiful. The location is also amazing - you're right in the center, but not surrounded by all the typical touristic places. Our stay just felt like a an absolute treat!

We spent one night in this fabulous place furnished with great style, completed with design pieces and beautiful paintings. We have enjoyed the wonderful courtesy and the perfect location to visit the best of Milan. We definitely be back!

The magic starts from the property building - a Milano historic structure . That mix of old structure and a new property design is magical ! The service , the kindness of the owner & manager and the ambience is beyond expectation ! Not to forget about the location which is the most strategic in the heart of Milan .

I have stayed in many Milano boutique hotels and nothing compares to this absolute gem. I’m almost reluctant to leave a review as I want to keep it a secret! The view is out my window. Crossing Manzoni is a slice of artistic heaven! This boutique was perfectly located (the best shopping is literally one block over) and the interior design is to die for. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone who loves boutique accom.
