excellent hotel and service. The breakfast was good with lot of variety. The staff was also very helpful and quick with their assistance.

Stayed for two days, The hotel is newly renovated with modern facilities, The room is very clean and comfortable. Service is friendly and excellent. Free breakfast buffet mixed eastern and western food style, have lots of choices and tasty.
I left my personal item in the guest room, the front desk helped to find it and shipped it to my home address.
Very satisfied.

玉山終於有一家5星級酒店啦
雖然是經濟型的
但整體服務，硬件都非常Nice
Amy和九妹態度都超級好
服務貼心，細心，耐心
酒店的早餐也很豐盛
餐廳工作人員也很nice，一進門就誇我，哈哈哈
和小朋友吃到撐，黑森林蛋糕真的很好吃！

房間很乾凈，設施齊全，停車場很大，隨意停，住的比較舒服。前台小姐姐也很熱情。早餐也挺豐盛的。下來過來還會選擇。

衞生環境挺好的
酒店各方面的設施也齊全，有自助洗衣房，健身房。
我們早上比較早到店，大概不到10點，想和朋友要外出去爬三清山，因為我們訂的房間在打掃，本想着先寄存行李，但是前台根據當天的排房情況同意幫我們免費升級了房型，提前給辦理了入住，真的很感謝，工作人員主要服務態度特別好。
酒店餐廳的早餐品種也齊全，各方面都蠻好的。
